This vacation home is only about a 6-minute drive to the nearest beach (Madeira Beach).
Inside the privately fenced backyard, you will encounter a multitude of tropical plants and trees, such as but not limited to mango, avocado, starfruit, banana, guava, lychee, and longan plants, and many more. (Full description of plants on the property, including fruiting seasons will be happily provided upon request). Furthermore, the backyard contains a 44 jet, 6-person Luxury Hot Tub, including an above ground pool with solar heating panels and saltwater system. For your outdoor cooking needs, a gas grill is provided for you. Since this is a private home, all accommodations, utilities, and the like are able to be privately used by you, as the entire property is not a shared residence.
The vacation home contains a 300 Mbps internet subscription. There are Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and the living room. TV’s have Roku Tv, Prime video, and a Netflix Subscription.
The house contains amenities for oceanside usage, including a beach wagon, beach umbrella, towels, and beach chairs. You may bring bicycles, which may be used for transit or exercise as the Pinellas Trail is only about a 5-minute bike ride away. The trail is about 45 miles long.

Seminole City Park (2 Min.) and Boca Ciega Millennium Park (7 Min. Away) have perfect picnic and relaxing spots across their spaces. Largo Botanical Gardens and Heritage Village is only about 10 minutes away.
Clearwater beach and Aquarium is about 30 minutes away. The Clearwater Aquarium is home to the Dolphin Tale movie set and its famous dolphins.
John’s Pass at Madeira Beach contains a variety of restaurants and shops, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, John’s Pass has dolphin watching and pirate ship cruises if you’re up for it!
If you’re looking to have a picnic on the beach, Fort DeSoto Park is perfect for you! Rich in history from its name and the grounds it is on, Fort DeSoto’s award winning beaches may be the ideal spot for you!
Don’t forget to visit Legoland and Legoland Water Park, including Busch Gardens. If you want a better look at ocean life, try Discovery Cove, a water park where you can swim with dolphins and spoil yourself with a never-ending buffet! Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National park are other favorites.

No extra last-minute guests,overnight stays or visitors are allowed on the property, this is strictly prohibited. No parties, no events, no long-term tenancy.Up to two pets may be accepted and must be notably approved by host. (All Pets must be added to reservation)
For the business protection, there are cameras at the front of the house, facing towards the street. There are no cameras inside the house or backyard.
