Welcome to our stunning 3-story townhouse in the heart of East Nashville!

Our modern and stylish home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to experience the best of Music City.

Our townhouse is in the heart of East Nashville, just minutes away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be just a short drive from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the city's legendary music scene and explore its many attractions.

With the high end interior finish, the comfortable layout and the 3rd story deck with a view of downtown this property will allow you to experience Nashville to the fullest.

It has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 2 full baths. The master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 1st floor has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath. It also has room for a Queen self blow up mattress. The 3rd floor has a wet bar and a large roof deck with a lovely view of Downtown Nashville!

Very Picturesque

My wife and I traveled to Nashville to visit family over Thanksgiving. Checking in was a breeze as the owner is very detailed in the notes. The property itself is fantastic, as it looks pretty new. The concrete floors, the decor, roof-top deck are all fantastic. Our family was in Hendersonville, and it was only a 20-minute drive. Will look to staying here again soon!

Loved it!

We stayed here for a night on our way back from Alabama bc it was a good half way stopping point to Kentucky. We wanted to go out for dinner and go to Broadway and it was a great location! We took a Uber to Broadway which was around $17 each way and only a 10 minute ride probably. We’ll definitely stay here again! It was super nice and super clean for the 4 of us!

Great for Family Visit

We met after arriving at the airport - easy to find, but be prepared to drive for any meals or events. Food was not delivered to this area. Very cool apartment for a family/friends gathering to stay in and visit.

Saved our vacay!!!

These hosts saved us by letting us book last minute after our original host canceled hours before we arrived and Vrbo was no help. The townhouse was pristine, the hosts were communicative and sweet, and the location was close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet! Highly recommend this rental!!!!

Location, convenience and comfort!!

Great location!! Far enough from downtown for beautiful quiet nights on the awesome roof deck, but close enough for an inexpensive Uber or walk if you are up for it. The property is exactly like the listing, beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable (especially the beds). Everything is new and was very tastefully chosen. The owner/mgmt. firm were super attentive, answering messages quickly and accommodated our early checkin request. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Amazing skyline rooftop deck

The property was very clean and modern. Everything was in its place on arrival. The decor was modern and tasteful. There is a great view of the Nashville skyline from the rooftop deck. Seating on the deck was plentiful and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that's what you get with a 3-story property! Would definitely return.

Our place was very nice and clean. Not downtown Nashville area but we had a car and only a few miles away. Location was a bit out of our expectations but ended up being fine. Nice job decorating and loved going onto the roof patio for the evening cocktail.

Just right

Great location. Max Uber cost out of city late night was 27$. Walking distance to dollar general, gas station, liquor store. Inexpensive, locally owned breakfast lunch dinner spot with full bar right accords the street. It was too cold for it while we were there to enjoy it but the roof top balcony has a nice view. I would stay here again.

We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It was enough room for the 3 of us that stayed. I loved how close to downtown it was as well as having restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I highly recommend this home!

Nice place. Top end appliances and electronics. Bedrooms small but sufficient. Owner very responsive. Neighborhood a little sketchy. Worked well for two couples.

A Little Gem

We travelled to Nashville as part of a weeklong trek across Tennessee. After a long day of driving we settle into this little gem that was extremely close to all the landmarks, sight-seeing locations and venues of Nashville. The property was modern very clean and a cool place to stay and unwind after a long day! The rooftop patio was awesome and we spent every night up there at the gas fire pit sipping on our drinks. Don't pass up on this property, as it is truly a "little gem" that is close to downtown, Franklin and Brentwood. It is also an easy drive from the house to Lynchburg!

Phenomenal

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. It is just as nice as you see in the pics! Furnished so well and the beds were ahhmaazing! Little perks added made it even better. A variety of coffee pods, creamer, soaps, and even neutrogena makeup wipes! I took things we didn’t even need because it was provided! If you want to cook there isn’t a kitchen item you won’t find in this unit! We could be on Broadway in a matter of minutes and the drive to Opryland wasn’t bad either. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville. They go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful!

Awesome trip!

This place is beautifully decorated with everything you could ask for to make your stay convenient. Very clean with comfortable beds, of which means a lot to us. The location is not in an area that is for people like us who enjoy walking. But close to all the interstates. Aaron was quick to respond to us. Over all I would recommend this place to stay while in Nashville.

The property itself was clean and well maintained. The rooftop deck is nice when there's shade on it and at night when it's not too hot. The location is close to downtown as well as Opryland. My husband & I were there for 2 weeks working remotely so one of the drawbacks for us was no comfortable place for us both to work. We had to share the kitchen hightop table with chairs that were not made for long-term sitting. Another drawback for us was that there were no open restaurants nor areas of interest within walking distance. The biggest drawback, though, was we had to contend from 5 pm to 10-10:30 pm daily with very loud bass thumping & vibrating through the walls from music being played by people partying in the complex, people congregated in a parking lot across the street, as well as the neighbors across the alley. Unless you're staying for a short period of time and/or are only there to party, this location is probably not for you.

Great townhome.

This property was a great stay. The owners went above and beyond with this home. From having ample toiletries including shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergents, and even make up wipes to soaps and sanitizers given the Covid circumstances. It is a lovely town home with great city views, a wonderful fire pit on the roof deck, and very cleanly and comfortable. The only downside is the neighborhood. Although we had no issues it wasn’t the greatest part of town, some loud traffic, and neighbors in the neighborhood behind the complex that like to party pretty loudly but seemed to follow city noise ordinances for the most part. If your okay with the noise this property was great and would be recommended. This was also a very easy and close drive to down town Nashville.

1019 Dickerson Pike Townhouse Review

Beautiful townhouse for our girls’ trip weekend! The house was clean upon arrival and came equipped with all our needs! We were hoping the weather would have cooperated a little better to enjoy the fire pit out on the beautiful balcony deck, but overall, it met our expectations! We would have liked a better view of downtown Nashville from our balcony deck, but we still had a great time! We would definitely recommend this townhouse to others!

I went to TTU in Cookeville, TN and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and just hit my 8 year mark as a Sales Engineer for an industrial supply house located in Nashville.
