Best location in East Nash! 1.5 miles to Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville!

Walk out your front door and you'll find yourself in the middle of the Five Points/Fatherland District of East Nashville. The first restaurant you'll come upon is literally 100 steps from your cottage, "Maru Sushi & Grill".....101 steps "The Local Taco".
Our small community features an eclectic mix of 20+ local businesses. You'll find trendy restaurants, hand-blended teas, home décor, antiques, chocolate & confections, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of all that you are only 1.5 miles from downtown Nashville and Titans Stadium.
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you during your visit! This is a completely renovated home and non- smoking property. We just ask you take care of it as your own home......we thank you in advance as do future guests. :) Our cottage has two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has one additional bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. In both bathrooms you'll find body wash, shampoo, hair dryers, and of course plenty of towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you'll need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room and the couch pulls out and sleeps two more. In all your cottage sleeps 6 comfortably.
There is one ring doorbell that will be facing the front stairs/road. This will be on during your stay but is for security purposes only.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a deck to sit out and enjoy the out doors. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!

Place was perfect for the 4 of us to stay. House was nicely decorated, clean, AC worked great and the beds were very comfy. Great location whether you wanted to stay local or go up to Broadway. Neighborhood nice & quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Awesome stay! This place is great! It is the perfect size and it's in the quietest, cutest neighborhood. We walked all around the 5 points area and there was great food and bars within walking distance. Place is very clean and we had no issues at all!

This house was perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet area and perfect location for our stay. Attended a concert at Nissan stadium and was an easy walk back to the house. Great location with shops and restaurants right around the corner. Will stay here again!

Four of us spent several days at the house. We were impressed with how clean the house was and how comfortable the beds were. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get downtown from there.

This property was fabulous! Excellent location, VERY clean & well-furnished. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. One suggestion would be to install a “grab bar” in the tub of the 2nd bathroom.

Perfect stay! The house was just as described. It is clean, super comfortable and beautifully furnished. Great neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, eateries and quaint shops. Great walking neighborhood as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and neighborhood. For breakfast/lunch we suggest the Sky Blue Cafe.

When purchasing this property I thought to myself, "this is the best of both worlds". First it's located in a small eclectic start-up community. It's safe, feels small, local, both old and new in that the area has completely come back to life. Yet on the other hand it's only a little over a mile to all the action in downtown Nashville. For sure a great location!

After staying here I'm hoping you'll feel you were at home. This is one of those places where you can walk to the grocery store, restaurant, and shops. You'll feel like part of the neighborhood. Might even enjoy the cottage and surrounding area more than the rest of the hot spots downtown Nashville.
Lastly our linens are top of the line and protected with CleanBrands encasements for a clean, healthy and comfortable sleep!
