Well kept for an older home and the hosts were excellent. No issues at all during our stay. The location was great with a short drive to the airport and convention center, and within walking distance to many nice little shops, restaurants, and cafes. The bathroom is a bit small as a heads up in case this is an issue for others, but was more than fine for our stay - shower got hot quickly and with good water pressure. Check in/check out were both definitely on the easier side compared to other bookings. Would recommend a stay here!

Ideal neighborhood close to enough to downtown. So many amazing local shops, entertainment, and restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of transportation modes.

The place is very cute and location is great. Just it needs some updating. Saw some cracks in the wall/ceiling. And the bathroom is tiny. Everything else was great.

The cottage was really cute, had snacks, coffee pods and water which was MUCH appreciated as it was SO hot this weekend. We had a hilarious run in with the maintenance team because big kids left the inner door open and they were so funny and kind about it. Everything was clean, worked well and we had a blast.

Four women in town for a conference. Great, safe location in a quiet neighborhood. We all slept well. The house was cute. The bathroom is tiny and tile could be a little cleaner, but we made it work. We ate at Butcher Town Hall. The Mac and cheese topped with bbq was delicious. Also ate at the GOAT and had the BEST sweet potatoes brussel sprout appetizer! We hoped for Monell's, but the wait was too long. Our host was attentive. I would stay again.

Clean house in a great location! Had everything we needed for a weekend in Nashville. Walkable to several delicious bars and restaurants and quick ride down to Broadway. Would definitely stay again!

Beds were comfortable, covers so pretty! Love Germantown, great location, cute living room, fun artwork, nice TVs, large kitchen table to sit at. Parking area in the back. Small bathroom, large but simple kitchen. Some nice details from the original workers cottage.
