This was the perfect condo for our stay. It was about a ten minute uber ride to Broadway. Our host was exceptionally quick to respond to any needs. We would not hesitate to stay there again! The coffee shop across the street had really good food!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! It’s the cutest little place in the pictures, but it’s even better in person. We traveled to Nashville for my son to have hip surgery. It was just the two of us, so safety and close parking were important. This place was great for both. Also, we left an item when we checked and the host communicated so well with us and offered to ship it to us. We will certainly stay again!

We loved this space. A couple of suggestions would be to put room darkening curtains in the master bedroom and the chair in the living room needs to be replaced or redone because the spring is sticking up when you sit in it.

Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 11 abr. 2026
Thanks so much for the kind words—we’re really glad you loved the space! We appreciate the thoughtful feedback as well. We’ll review the room-darkening curtains for the master as we look at future updates. The issue with the chair has also been fixed.

The property was not clean. The living room rug had a large stain on the rug and a foul odor. The roll-away bed had stains. Overall the cleanliness of the property was very poor. I would not recommend this property.

Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 8 jun. 2026
We respectfully disagree with this characterization of the property. Following your stay, our team documented significant damage and staining that occurred during your reservation, including the stain on the living room rug referenced in your review. The cost of repairing and addressing these damages was charged through the booking platform and supported with documentation. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest's arrival. We encourage future guests to review our many other reviews, which consistently highlight the cleanliness and condition of the property.
