THE LOFTS at VAULT Suite 402 is a one bedroom with a Queen Bed and a queen size pull out sleeper couch. This rustic loft has a full kitchen. We have combined the 1890's building with modern design. It is situated on the 4th floor above Hot Springs' 5-star restaurant VAULT. You are in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. The entire property is strictly NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Street level parking is available, also a parking lot with a parking pass one block away.

This place is beautiful with all the comforts of home. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and the best part is that you can walk to them all. The host is wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!

The loft is a perfect location for exploring downtown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Walking and hiking trails are nearby and easily accessed. The host has very quick communication and sends check-in/out information in advance, which is appreciated when you are driving on day of arrival! The loft is spacious, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay.

Great location. Parking lot is about a block away and was nonissue for us. There was a lot of street noise, which was due to nearby construction and St. Patrick’s day.

Perfect Getaway stay

Damon was very responsive and the loft was so clean, spacious and the decor was delightful! Location was perfect to walk to the shopping, Bath houses all the way to the Arlington Hotel! Casino was a very short drive! Would stay here again!

We loved this apartment, it was very comfortable, we felt very safe, had everything we could have needed! The host had great communication and made sure we knew we could call or text with any questions. The location was so convenient too!

Weekend Get Away

Nice clean property. Located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Big living area with views of the city. It has a separate living area from bedroom and bathroom. The large modern shower was nice.

Awesome location! The check in was so easy that it was like getting home. The place was everything as described and very clean. Location they say is everything, this home was the perfect location to walk anywhere you want to go. Daron made some great restaurant suggestions that we could walk to. The history is rich and the locals love to share it with you.Great place to stay, great location, very clean, Daron is very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay there on our next visit.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bathhouses. Only bad part was the loud bar patrons out on the street waiting on their rides, lol. Otherwise will define staying at the Vault Lofts again

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of town, can walk to the nearest hot water fountain in a couple minutes, right on Bathhouse Row.Kitchen was great, bed was comfortable, and we loved having the laundry (it's in the bathroom, the pictures don't show it, but it's there). The free parking a block away was nice as it would otherwise be 20 a day. Don't worry about rolling luggage across the street, it's close enough that you won't care.There's only one downside and it's no fault of the owner - the noise level is ridiculous on weekend nights. You can hear all the people, the motorcycles, everything. It was better during the week. So while I rate this place 5 stars, just be aware that your Friday and Saturday nights might require earplugs. This is probably true for all lodging in the area though.If I went back I would not hesitate to book this again.

We had a great weekend at this location in Hot Springs! It was walking distance to everything down Central, including bathhouse row. The space was clean and decorated fantastically! Even prettier than the pictures! The bed was a little soft for our taste. We prefer a firmer mattress, but otherwise everything was perfect!
