THE VIEW! You will absolutely enjoy a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Hamilton in this one-bedroom condo. Please don't take our word for it, see our guest's reviews!
PERFECT FOR COUPLES! This condo unit is a first-floor unit with floor-to-ceiling windows covering the living room. Enjoy gorgeous main-channel views of the lake from your private balcony and living room.
The condo pool is open 8am - 10pm in the summer, usually late May through September.
The condo includes a covered boat slip so bring your own boat! There are several boat ramps nearby and even one next door.
The condo is a one bedroom, with a king size bed with Lyee Nature 12-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (4.5 stars on Amazon). The king size bed also has a custom made headboard. The living area contains a nice, comfortable sofa and chair. You can sleep four with the top-of-the-line air bed (optional) we have provided. The dining room table seats four, and there are two bar stools as well. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the community pool overlooking the lake.
If you do get tired of the view (and we doubt that you do) you can enjoy the 55” Smart TV that is ready for you to login on your Netflix, HULU, Youtube TV, etc.
It is very very rare to find a condominium complex like this! Willow Beach has a pool that is overlooking the beautiful main channel of Lake Hamilton! Most pools are located within the complex between buildings. Also, very few complexes have an enormous lawn that separates the buildings from the lake where kids can play in full view of each unit. It is truly one of the best places on Lake Hamilton!
What is nearby? Numerous restaurants, mini-golf, boat rental, movie theater, grocery store and more. Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is less than 10 minutes away.
*Note: all boats are different, so guests are responsible for tie ropes and fenders that fit their specific boat. This is the main channel, so waves are considerable when the lake is busy! Tie up accordingly.
Hot Springs limits occupancy to a maximum of four guests.

Coffee is indeed a crucial part of many people's daily routine, and that is why we have both drip and Keurig machines!

Great Stay

My wife and I enjoy our trips to Hot springs and are always looking for a quiet spot to relax and un-wind. This place did not disappoint. Very comfortable accommodations and a host that communicates very well. We’d definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. 5 stars all around.

Perfect Location with a Great Lake View

This lovely condo was perfect for our stay. Well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The spectacular view of the lake was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning while sipping our coffee and planning our day. Because we spent most days heading off to hike in the surrounding State and National Parks, the location worked well for being able to get out of town without getting tangled up in a lot of traffic. We had no trouble getting into downtown Hot Springs on the two days we explored there, including a Saturday. Definitely more traffic heading into Hot Springs, but totally doable. We also appreciated being close to a nice grocery store (Krogers) and close to several of the restaurants recommended by the hosts. We especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio at Fishermen's Wharf just minutes from the condo. The hosts are gracious and very accommodating. They clearly take pride in their property and in making sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this one!

Technical difficulties

My son and were attending the coaches conference. The main issue was we had no tv! No matter which lakecondo5 lakecondoex5 all started buffering then just go away! We tried each one! We intended to watch the Arkansas game last night but with no TV we chose to go home! They also mowed the grass at 7:15 Saturday morning

Great location on the lake. First floor unit that offers great views. Nice to have a blowup air mattress in the unit if we’d have had others. Complex tucked just off main road, convenient to the lake as well as the casino and bathhouses. Uber was a 7 ride to Oaklawn

Everything we Hoped For

We wanted to tour Hot Springs but wanted to stay at a place where there was a view and didn't have the metropolitan/city feel. This condo checked all of the boxes. From sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee to venturing down to the dock in the evening with a glass of wine; it was a perfect setting for us. 10 - 15 minutes max to downtown Hot Springs. Same for touring Garvan Gardens. We will visit again!!

Very pleasant experience

Very comfortable condo with great location. Had lots of amenities; kitchen was well equipped and having extra "entertainment" (games) was nice. Only suggestion is to note location of airbed and bedding and feature it more prominently in the information. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Great mini getaway

The condo location and access to the boat slip made for a great weekend! Gart and Angie were very helpful with planning and shared about the boat launch next door which was well worth the $20. The condo was clean and had great views. Appreciated the extra detail and having a plug in fan on the patio. My only suggestion is to have bath products available (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and a dish sponge to make it easier to clean up.

Fun Getaway!

Everything was as advertised. My wife and I simply wanted a quick get away for our 25th anniversary. We easily booked this condo and the owners were polite and quick to respond. It is right on lake Hamilton so the view was beautiful at night and in the morning. The pool was easily accessed and we spoke with several kind people there. It is about 10 minutes to the downtown by car. We found the town easy to navigate. Go eat at Fisherman's Wharf!! You want regret it. The only thing you may want to check on if you rent here is that you need to be prepared to use your own accounts to log into TV. They tell you this up front so it was not a surprise. Other than that it was absolutely perfect! Do not hesitate to rent here!

Our family has owned at Willow Beach Condominiums since they were built. The property is special to us. We have partially raised our daughters at Willow Beach and both at least partially learned to swim at the pool.
