FAQ: How many stairs are there?
-From the private parking area, there are a total of 10 steps down (6, then sidewalk, then 4 down). They can be seen in the photos and do have handrails.
-There is one step-down into the home once you open the door.
-Optionally, there are stairs at the front of the loft that exit directly onto Central Avenue. That stairwell has 20 steps. It is not necessary to use these if stairs are difficult.

Wonderful home & location

Ideally suited for 3 couples, close to most anything downtown. Lots of nice art. Owner contacted us a couple to make sure all ok. Would stay here again

Excellent Christmas Location

Everything was Perfect the only thing we couldn’t figure out is the Heat vs Cold it seemed like the unit didn’t work in the master bedroom or bathroom but it was no big deal. The location to all the restaurants was 100% on Point we walked everywhere and had so much fun just watching people out on the streets. Beautiful and Cozy Home I would rent again.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Beautifully furnished with lots of space to hang with our family. The outdoor areas felt like our own special getaway! Beds were also incredibly comfy. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Fabulous

The property was absolutely stunning. The artistry and decor in every room and bathroom was obviously meticulously selected by a designer. It was immaculate and comfortable. The women's group that accompanied me were there for a getaway weekend and watch party for a conference we weren't able to attend. We thoroughly enjoyed the city, particularly being walking distance from so many attractions; but the apartment and the conference of course were the highlights of the trip. We will definitely stay there again and again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in an amazing property.

Way Cool!

We were celebrating a family birthday with our adult kids and this home exceeded all our expectations! It’s beautifully decorated, really hip, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. You just can’t go wrong here. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and wish we had had more time to explore the art gallery downstairs. We’ll be back!

A luxurious gem in Hot Springs

This downtown loft is not only beautiful, clean and a great location for Hot Springs, but comes with great service from Richard & Beth. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in Hot Springs after staying at this wonderful find. It is equipped with a chef's kitchen as well as many bedrooms to accomodate your group. Perfect for 3 couples or a fun family group as we had.

Cozy, eclectic, convenient!

What a great find in Hot Springs for our girls trip! The home was super cozy and comfortable and so thoughtfully decorated. We appreciated all the little amenities (nice linens, soaps, towels, etc) and also enjoyed walking around each room to look at all the art. It was very conveniently located to the main downtown area, we walked everywhere. And the hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations, like our personal concierge. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Girls Birthday trip

The property was exactly as described.. Loved the bar/sitting area!!! Richard and Beth were fantastic hosts and were so helpful and generous. Even arranging a Gallery Tour and securing us Jockey Club seats The location was terrific and easily walkable to anywhere downtown. ❤️❤️❤️

Truly Fabulous!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and cozy. The owners/hosts are friendly, gracious, and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. If you are traveling to Hot Springs, stay here. You won't regret it. The location is also perfect for getting out and about and enjoying this great place. We can't wait to go back!

Fun and Comfortable Loft

This is our second time staying at the property. We love it. Great location in downtown Hot Springs with great restaurants all around. Decor in the loft is so unique and fun and it is stocked with anything you may need for your stay. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

SoHo Central

The place was absolutely beautiful, very well furnished lots of amenities. The host was very attentive. The beds were great. There are a few stairs, but very manageable. Even for my 82 year old aunt. Downtown close to everything able to walk to many locations with that said one of the bedrooms would not be for a light sleeper but other than that it was an absolute amazing stay.

Soho in Arkansas

The renting process was very easy. The owner was in direct communication with me and very informative. The property is beautiful with a twist of southern hospitality. You honestly do get a SoHo vibe with the street noise (that stops pretty early) and the convenience of living close to shops . I would definitely rent this property again.

Wow! What a great place!

This is hands down the best space and location! Our family of six fit very comfortably. The apartment is GORGEOUS. Lots of wonderful art throughout. The location was prime. Walking distance to everything, including walking trails in the national park. Much to do downtown and an amusement park 8 minutes away. We were very pleased and will be back! (I'm coming back for the claw-foot tub alone!) Do yourself a favour and book this rental!

The Perfect Getaway

We still cannot get over how beautiful and unique this house is. . We didn't want it to end. The house was full of breath taking art work, and each room tells a different story. It is located right in the heart of Hot Springs and a walk away from all the restaurants, stores, and bathhouse. Our car never moved. The host are amazing people. Perfect communication and on point with everything. We could instantly tell that endless hours of hard work and creativity was put into it. We felt at home the instant we walked in. Wish we could of stayed forever. We sincerely Thank you for having us and hope we get to experience it again!

BEAUTIFUL!! Great location!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The pictures are exactly what the loft looks like (but better in person). We were so happy when we arrived and walked through the loft. It was so beautiful and everywhere you turned is breath-taking art piece. The house is beautiful. High class! The beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels smelled so good, and the coffee was stocked! This is a loft apartment above an art gallery right on Central Ave. Perfect location to everything downtown. Beth is AMAZING at communicating and every one of her restaurant recommendations blew us away. Every time I sent a text to Beth, she responded quickly. She even got us into the Jockey Club at the Oaklawn horse races very last minute (our fault for not deciding to go sooner). We will be coming back here another time - we loved it THAT much!!

Stunningly beautiful—even more stylish and perfect than the pictures!

My girlfriends & I were looking for a centrally located, quiet, relaxing, & luxurious place to stay in Hot Springs. We haven’t seen each other in over 2 years, since before the beginning of the pandemic, so we wanted something that felt like a special treat. When I say, Soho beyond satisfied those requirements and more, I am not even beginning to cover how amazing this beautiful home is. I have traveled quite extensively in my 52 years on this earth & if I have EVER stayed in any place that is somehow more lovely, comfortable, beautifully cared for, as well as simultaneously so elegant, stylish, & luxurious, I cannot picture where it was. I have stayed in many beautiful places, but this one is so incredibly special, I find it almost impossible to find the words even to begin to do it justice. But, never one to let that stop me, I will do my best to try. The 2 masters are perfect…exceptionally beautifully equipped and decorated. Everything you need…and the tubs…wow! Even luxurious bath salts for soaking in those divine tubs. We used both master bedrooms & the Queen bedroom. All were, again, exquisitely decorated, plus, I am a bit picky about sheets and mattresses. These definitely did not disappoint. The lighting, the walls, the art…I haven’t even addressed art, yet, because I feel like you have to see it to believe it. Anything I say couldn’t even begin to do the art collection in this exquisite home justice. Every room truly is a visual treat for the eyes. Once you arrive, you almost feel like you don’t need to go anywhere else…it’s like a beautiful vacation sitting in these comfy rooms & just enjoying the stunning surroundings. We didn’t extensively use the kitchen, breakfast nook, or dining room areas for much other than our morning coffee and again, hanging out & staring at the beauty surrounding us. However, they had everything we needed & more.The obvious care & love poured into this place was in every single corner, every tiny detail.Not a single thing was missed, anywhere. It was perfect. Actually, beyond perfect.If all that wasn’t enough, Richard & Beth took time to give us an extremely engaging & enjoyable private tour of the art gallery below.Two of the group were not true art lovers, at least not before the tour,but all of us had a blast! And now the others are huge fans(both of our hosts as well as the art.)It was a spectacular vacation,in an exquisite home,with 2 incredible hosts.Need I say more?Huge thank you, Beth & Richard!
