Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The views were wonderful. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, and eating utensils for toddlers. No complaints at all, every thing was as expected.

Beautiful property. It is a little walk to the beach on a beautiful walk way. We saw turtles and birds and a bunny. Pool area is very well maintained and well landscaped. The unit was just as described with many little extras. We all enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful place with lovely beach and ocean views. Sea breezes. Watching the sunrise and moonrise from our balcony. Comfortable furniture and pleasant host. We will be back!

This property was a great choice. We were looking for something with a little shade and vegetation as opposed to all sand, still with a beautiful ocean view. The pool is great with plenty of ocean views from there. Restrooms are on site of the pool which is helpful. Tennis/pickleball courts are a plus.Undercover parking was appreciated. Beach supplies are plentiful in the outside closet, especially since we accidentally left ours there. This was the most well stocked condo we have experienced. We did a fair amount of cooking and found everything we needed. The code entry balked as the host was trying to set it up for us but keys worked just fine. Victoria was pleasant and attentive, an excellent hose.

The view is spectacular. No bathroom on the main floor was not ideal. We had items stolen from us at the pool when we went on a beach walk so I guess lesson learned with that. Overall pleasant experience. Amelia Island has lots to do and the people are really kind and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was very clean. The building is older but the unit is nicely remodeled and updated. Beds were very comfy and the condo was well stocked.

We loved the location and especially sitting on the lanai to relax for lunch/dinner. The view is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing us to cook our beach meal of shrimp scampi. We brought our bicycles with us, and the location provided us very easy access to the East Coast Greenway Bike Trail. We were able to ride south on the Greenway for many miles. Should we visit Amelia Island again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Condo exceeded expectations! Very clean and kitchen well equipped. The walk to beach was beautiful. Very nice pool and deck. We enjoyed visiting Fort Clinch and eating at Timoti's and Sliders. Great bookstore in town (The Book Loft).
