The condo was exactly as described- very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was so very easy. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for the 3 of us. The pool was lovely, the beach 2. blocks east and just wonderful. Everything you could need in a rental was there including some childrens toys, games and books. TV's in every bedroom. I highly recommend this condo.

This is our second year staying in this complex. Very quiet yet walkable to the beach, Fort Clinch, rec center that has a lap pool and fitness area. Short drive to the pickleball courts and historic area that has restaurants and shopping.

Great plane to vacation! Home away from home

This was a fantastic place to call home away from home on vacation. It was right near the beach. And it was not a far drive from town. The home was well appointed, very clean, and cozy. It met the needs of my Lucky teenagers and our small child. It was perfect! I would come back again and again.

Great home and incredible location!

We had an amazing time staying at this home. You are a quick walk away from the beach and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again!

Perfect family beach getaway

Beautiful accommodations a short walk from the beach and convenient to all the best dining in Fernandina Beach. Seamless check-in and many nice touches. We'll be back!

Off Season Stay

The check-in and check-out processes were extremely convenient. The home was clean and contained plenty of bath towels. The location was ideal. Would stay here again!

Beach Vacation

The unit was exactly as described and oh, so very clean! Nice decorations, conveniently located, and very quiet. Our hosts did a great job of communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Spot on Fernandina Beach

A fantastic, well appointed spot minutes from the beach and also close to Florida State Parks and Amelia Island attractions. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and the property manager was excellent. 5-Stars!

Quiet family home close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions. Loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach, and within walking distance to a restaurant and playground. If you’re thinking about renting this home, do it. You won’t be disappointed!

Walls needed to be wiped Says there is a pool but it is currently not open. If I would've known that I would've booked somewhere else for me little ones so they got to swim. Great location by the beach. Yellowish green stain on bathroom toilet seat on top of lid. Left over hair and clogged drain in bathroom on second floor. Sheets were a little dirty.

Great birthday weekend

Stayed at this property for the weekend to celebrate my mother's birthday. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room and found the property strategically located. We were close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops as well as walking distance to the beach and fun beach restaurants. The property itself was very clean, no complaints at all there. Beds were comfortable in smaller rooms but the master room king bed was sagging on the sides. Fortunately, I was alone so I could sleep in the middle where it's still fine. Furniture inside overall in good condition, the big wicker chairs in the living room were not comfortable but the couch and loveseat were. We were out and about a lot and definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great little vacation spot. Definitely some place we plan to visit again.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernandina Shores. The location was great; just a short walk to the beach, putt putt, Salt Life restaurant and snow cones and ice cream! This unit was also very close to the pool. I would have loved a longer water hose on the back deck or maybe a little outdoor shower for better rinsing of sand after a beach day. But we made the short water hose work for us. The unit was very clean. The bedding and towels were very comfortable. The only thing that I didn't love were the roku TVs. I'm used to cable, so this took some getting used to. But it was OK. I wasn't really there to watch TV anyway. The games available were really nice. We enjoyed a night of game playing. I would definitely recommend this location for all of these reasons and more!

Lovely stay at quaint condo

We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island at this quaint condo! With the 4 minute walk to the beach, we spent Christmas morning watching the sun rise over the ocean. The condo size was great for our family and though we brought our own games and books, we were pleasantly surprised by the bookcase with many books to read and games to play. We only watched one movie during our stay, but it was nice to see Disney Plus and other streaming options available. We had a little glitch on arrival as I did not read the instructions in detail enough to catch which entrance to take, but fortunately Stacie responded quickly to our call and we then found the condo easily. She checked in the day after our arrival to see if we needed anything. The only (minor) issue at the time was the lights over the master bed would not turn on as the batteries needed replacing. Stacie quickly responded to my text and dropped off batteries for us. The beds were very comfortable. One consideration that might be remedied for future renters is the stairs squeak/creak when going up/down them, which makes being quiet difficult. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you!

The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean except for the shower liner in primary bath. There were plenty of towels and other linens were in great condition.Beds were comfortable. Furniture in the living room was fairly comfortable.The pool was adequate. It is obvious that this was an apartment complex at one time.We did not use the wi-fi or TVs other than the one in the primary bedroom.

Excellent condo

Cute and clean place to stay. Close to the beach and convenient. The only complaint is that the queen bed dips in the middle. A great place to stay.

Great couples getaway!

We LOVED our stay! The property worked well for our group, and the location was perfect. The little touches were really thoughtful - nice soaps, cozy blankets (it was winter), lovely decor, shelves full of books and games. Parking was easy and the beach was only a short walk away. We'll be back!
