Very nice, clean and updated property. I would stay again. Check in is not convenient at all. Have to go to realty office to sign a contract when you already signed a contract on line.

Loved the location. Could have been cleaner - coffee pot water reservoir was real dirty. Instructions for each television would be nice - such as what apps or cable is available. Took a while to figure out each tv as they were all different. Also need deeper pocket sheets for king bed because the fitted sheet in the master kept coming off each night. Bathrooms were nicely updated. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Clean property, good kitchen, advertised well. Great locations, easy access to beach. Although missing minor amenities such as toilet paper and the ready to use beach gear was poor quality with broken boogie boards. The thought was there, and a quick run to the store and we were good to go.

Great location

The sea watch is a great place to stay The condo was very nice it just needed a deeper cleaning I would definitely stay again I can’t wait til my next vacation

Great spot

The property was clean and had great pools. The location was nice and close to everything we were interested in doing. Definitely one of the best condos we have rented in the past 7 years.

Awesome place

Great location. Beautiful view that allows you to see the ocean and all of the pools. Perfect size for a family of five with three kids in single digits.

Spring 2024 Get Away

As advertised, very clean, comfortable, roomy & well appointed condo - couldn't ask for anything else. Great view of the beach, ample enclosed parking. Easy check-in/check out. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Firstly this property is located in a resort style establishment with a ton of amenities. Multiple heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river and other outdoor games. The condo itself is well appointed, clean, with excellent views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Simple, efficient, and as expected!

The property was everything we expected - clean, comfortable, and right on the beach with pools and hot tubs available to sooth our tired backs from too much golf!

We loved this room. It has everything you need for your stay. Great views of the ocean and the pools. It was very spacious for the 5 of us who stayed here. The only thing we had to buy was ice as it was very HOT the week we stayed here. Heat index was 115. The A/C was top notch and kept our room nice and cool. We were very thankful for that !! We would definitely stay here again.

Great room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and clean property. Great stay!

Very clean! My husband wasn’t a fan of the bed but I was! Master bed was just very soft. Love the master shower! Kitchen has a lot of the utensils and pots/pans you would need for cooking but no spices. Would stay there again!

Nice Family Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great landing spot for the family on our beach holiday. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We loved having 2 bathrooms and that the kids had their own space on the other end of the condo.
