Super clean, very well equipped, neat, organized and absolutely five star. Our host was a 10 out of 10 and was responsive to any text, call, question or comment. Definitely will be renting with this firm and my host Holly next year.

Excellent location for the family

Great place to stay. Clean with plenty of room. The back yard is a perfect place to let the kids play. We would be happy to book a stay here again!

Spring Break Family Ski

Great location and plenty of space for our family, we will definitely come back to visit Purgatory! Its our new favorite ski location!

Fantastic location, well-appointed condo for our family ski vacation. The hot tub is off site and only available with an extra fee. The bedrooms are on three different floors with lots of stairs which was tough with a toddler and an elderly person with sore knees.

The "off-site" hot tub amenity is 150 yards away, at the Purgatory Lodge building. The bedrooms are listed in the listing as being on 3 different floors, per the Bed Configuration shown in the listing description. Awesome stay for a group ski trip!

The property and location was perfect for a ski trip. Communication was great and they always responded promptly to any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone and stay here again.

Great location

Great location for our group. We had a few issues but overall great stay. Would definitely return. And would definitely recommend this property for ski in / ski out at Purgatory.

Great Location

This ski-in, ski-out condo offers ultimate convenience with direct slope access. Cozy and well-equipped, it's the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain. Ideal for both comfort and adventure. Great for family and friends we enjoyed the space with multiple floors to accommodate kids and adults.

Fun stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and condo accomodated our two families well.

Beautiful Property

The property was exactly as described. It was a little difficult to get to the trail to ski out. You could Ski in just a bit easier. Overall, it was great place to stay!

Great place for dogs but 3 flights of stairs

We rented this property because we have dogs. It was great to have the back running area for them in the snow. But at 60, three flights of stairs was too much. The property is clean and has a great view.

Great morning view

This is the second time staying here, my 4th year in Durango and it has been a great time each year. The rooms are on different levels which makes it easier with my teens. There are tons of utensils, cups and pots/pans. I love all the space the loft has. We had a grill for steaks with the family. Thank you for being a great host for my family & I.

Great Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was in great shape when we arrived. Very comfortable for the nine of us and the appliances were in great shape. Had a very good stay even though the snow was not the best. Would stay here again.

The boot warmers were crucial. Although you can ski into the cabin, we ended up driving to the base every morning as it’s easier with all of the things and small kids. Definitely add in the access to the Durango mountain club if you have kids. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and letting them play in the pool every evening. Firewood is provided, but pick up some kindling or starter sticks in town id you want a fire in the evening. Bring your own EVOO, pepper, spices, etc. they have a kettle for coffee and tea. They provide trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, tp, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

Spacious condo, great views

The condo was very large and we had plenty of room for 6 adults to relax after a day of on the slopes. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Our only advice to the property manager would be to consider replacing the dishwasher in the unit with a better one and maybe giving all the dishes a deep clean.

Amazing view of Engineer Mountain

We had an amazing time at Purgatory once again! The living room area had upgraded sofas that were not shown on the original photos so that was a nice surprise. The master suite had a bidet. The townhouse is a great ski in/ski out location. Each bathroom had a small care package which we loved. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. VRC was very responsive the entire time.

Great time!

The condo was great. The only thing we were disappointed in was it was listed as a ski in ski out but there was still a hike up the hill to a run in the morning and then a hike back down when going in. We were expecting to be able to just step out the door and go. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do list it as ski-in/out to help guests know how close it is to the slopes. Even buildings you have to take an elevator to the slope are listed this way as they are technically slopeside. The rear deck of this property is next to the slope. Other than that, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! It was an absolute pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon :)

Family Vacy

Do not rent this if you have a problem with stairs. Very steep stairs to climb to the main living area.
