“OWNERS BEWARE” would not host again! Amanda, so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay and felt as if you were being watched. Your visit was on Mother’s Day weekend and it was a perfect weather weekend. The private park was very crowded with family’s to celebrate the holiday weekend. You were had to miss because on the first day you took up 6 parking spaces with your neon blue Jeep and trailer. Apparently you were triggered when asked to park so that others had room. I had complaints from my HOA, other residents, another guest of mine and my property manager who were all at the park witnessing your loud profanity, verbal and physical abuse of your small child (on Mother’s Day) and you allowing additional unregistered guests into the park which is an insurance risk and against house rules. Yes I have cameras of my property which is disclosed on the listing. It is for guest ls like yourself who are dishonest. Upon reviewing the cameras by my security camera it was observed you had two additional people that you could have easily added on the reservation for a minimal fee, guests were observed smoking on the property and your guests were observed driving my golf cart aggressively - catching air on the hill and trying to donuts in the yard. The golf cart was damaged by you which is unfortunate. It is provided free for use which is something I may need to reconsider in the future. If you had concerns about the air conditioning or oven a simple message would have corrected the issue. My property manager is available to assist. You vacated the home on the morning of your check out and failed to lock the property and tried to take the key to the park probably for personal future use. You were a terrible guest and all of your complaints were cause by your own toxic behavior. Don’t ever come back as you are not welcome at any of my rentals and I’m sure the neighborhood would agree. If I could have rated you lower I would have, you lucky I had to give you one star.

What a terrible guest. It is noted that we do have security cameras on the property for the safety of the guests and protection of my property. The security company noted you had eight people in your party, that’s why I got a security report otherwise they just want to check in to make sure it’s you checking in with the correct amount of guests. You had two additional people in your party you did not want to pay for. I asked you to pay it or vacate. You chose to vacate. As far as the fees go, that’s on VRBO for not refunding the fees or if they did. I only charged you for cleaning for using the showers and staying at the property for six hours . If anybody has any issue, it would be me for people like you that are dishonest trying to get something for free. You already got a discount when you booked it. So to pay for the extra guest fee would’ve not been a big deal then everybody in your party could enjoy all the amenities but you did not want to do that. It’s important to be truthful, because what comes around goes around, I don’t recommend this guy, been nothing but a headache since this whole thing got started. Owners, beware!
