This stunning single family home located beside the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River in Florida has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large kitchen that has recently been renovated. From the deck on the back of the house enjoy the fantastic view of the Rainbow River. Step out into the large back yard and make your way to the waters edge where you can enjoy the river deck and try your luck fishing for fresh water bass!

River Retreat Bucket List 2024

Our annual FL River explore. This would be a 2fer since we boated both the Rainbow and Withalacoochie. Love the spaciousness. 3 double patio doors open to lanai. Dock and yard perfect for us, liked the timer path lights for nighttime doggie walk out. Lanai fireplace put to good use as we had some chilly nights. The bed was a bit soft for hubby. Couches too, but comfortable. I would suggest a house size coffee maker vs the small hotel size like maker. We're def coffee drinkers. :-). Owner very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!sso.e chilly nights

Thanksgiving Week Trip to Dunnellon

Property is as advertised. Great location on the Rainbow River. Waking up to coffee right on the river every day was a joy. The house is proximate to most all area amenities and shopping in town (groceries, etc.) is just a short drive away.

Great escape from reality

As always, being over the Rainbow was amazing. We're stayed at this property several times and just love it.

2024 Rainbow River Vacation

Great property and location. There were some minor issues/hurdles we wished we had been made aware of prior, but overall we had another lovely time here.

Stay at rainbow river

The location wass perfect with private dock to access the river. The backyard was not well-maintained as shown on listing photos.

Great spot on the river

We have stayed many places up and down Rainbow River and this was our second time at this property. This place is great for anyone with a smaller group. The backyard has a unique landscape that gives off Jungle Vibes. The host is responsive to any questions you have. Highly recommend.

Old Florida River Perfection!

My Husband and I booked this house with friends of ours for a last minute quick get away before the summer madness hits and it was absolutely beautiful! We saw otters every morning and every evening and a plethora of other wildlife throughout the day. The house is exactly what you expect from an old Florida river house with an amazing back yard that backs right up the river for direct access! This is really the only way to do Rainbow River in my opinion! The house is perfectly located at about the halfway point from the spring head to the public access exit by swampys. Each day we did a 2 hour leisurely float to swampys and used our SUP’s to head up river to the spring head in the afternoon. Lynn was a great host and communicated with us quickly when we had questions. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us! We will definitely be making a trip back to stay here again now that we have found this gem!

Great Location

This location was amazing for us, we love Rainbow springs and we love kayaks. I wish if the owner was providing kayaks at is property. But anyway it was not bad to rent them locally.

Amazing get away

My husband and I had the best 4 day get away. Rainbow River is such a gem. This house is a perfect location on the river. So nice you can pull your car right up to the house. Very private. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful River Paradise.

Very comfortable, lovely 2 bedroom home. Clean and comfortable. Elegant kitchen, master, and huge covered/screen back patio. Great view of river from house, patio and dock. Very zen and meditative space. Loved our stay. About a 1.5 hour float down river to Blue Run park. Easy to take a car down to Blue Run and then float the river from your private dock.

Good location

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. The dock makes it easy to get in and out of the water. Beautiful view of the river. We watched the otters play every evening. Bonus is that it is only 1.5 miles up the river from Swampy’s.

Rainbow River Adventure

We wanted to stay waterfront at the rainbow river ever since our spectacular kayak trip in Silver Springs. The freshwater springs are fascinating to me, and kayaking on the river is such a special experience with all of the wildlife. We had a really nice time at Hannah‘s place with our two dogs. It was nice to have a yard for them to run around in and we really loved the large screened in porch. The place was really clean and the kitchen well stocked and updated. The only issue we had is that the master bed mattress was a little bit soft for us and would’ve preferred something firmer. Also we rented kayaks but would be nice to have had them onsite. otherwise everything was fine and we would certainly return there.

Beautiful location

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely property. Hanna is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoy spending time at this house. We're already planning our return.
