The property is in a great location - central to almost everything - and in a good neighborhood. Overall, the house was very comfortable and clean. Has a nice outdoor patio and (if it were only warmer) the pool would have gotten a lot of use! A few minor things with doors latching, etc., but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a few hours of handyman time, and certainly nothing to spoil your stay

Nice Home...Nice Neighborhood

We spent of couple weeks here to wind down after a busy holiday season. It fit the bill perfectly. Nice home, nice neighborhood, nice city, nice weather!! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Older home with issues

Longer stay than we are used to, but the house had all we needed. It was an older home (1960s) that had few updates, and had a number of cosmetic issues. The pool was great, location excellent, AC worked well as did all the appliances.

Just us

The house was lovely and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the great weather. The appliances were better than the ones I have at home, and most of mine are new. We managed to lock ourselves out of the house at one time, and the manager came right into town to let us in. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood!

Went to Yuma for the first time to visit some family over the 4th of July weekend. We picked this place because we knew it was going to be unbearably hot and really wanted a pool. The place was spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though there were fireworks, they stopped around 10pm so that was nice. Really liked that the location was at the end of a cul-de-sac so we weren't getting people driving through the street. Close enough to the main area of the town with grocery stores, a theatre and shopping mall close by.

Seattle

Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed.
