The home was lovely. The rooms were as described. The mattresses were pretty comfortable. Loved the space. AC works great.Loved the pool in the evenings. My daughter really enjoyed herself.I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.Location was great!

The home is lovely and quaint and smelled lovely when we arrived. There were a few concerns which the host handled immediately upon being notified. For families with children, this home is better suited. What stood out most, was the timely response from the host and her finding a resolution.The stay at 1943 Village Way was much more suited for our business trip. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed staying at this home. Very little cosmetic things but the home is very lovely in a beautiful neighborhood.

Amazing Host, Amazing Property

The reason for our visit was to tend to the passing of a loved one. Anna was very helpful in making sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The house was very functional and easy to manage. Would love to stay again!

Clean and Comfortable

Beds and linens were very comfortable, the home was very clean and had everything we needed, the pool was a great bonus and clean and well kept. Home is close to downtown Yuma, close to historic attractions and plenty of restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall very nice place. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area.

Work Trip

Anna was amazing at communicating with me. Her house didn't disappoint the pictures don't do is justice. This was a work trip for our guys they enjoyed the house the pool was perfect after a long workday!! If we ever have a work function in that area again, we will for sure rent this beautiful property! Top Notch!!

Yuma house

Overall a nice place to stay with a lot of beds (7) which is what we needed for our annual dove hunting trip to yuma. Would be nice if they had a propper driveway that didnt require you to drive over the curb and the air conditioning needs to be balanced, some bedrooms woukd stay 10° warmer than the living area. The pool was nice and the house was clean. Its in an older part of yuma but pretty close to all the restaurants. We would stay again.

Terrible

The pool was a disgusting green and we were unable to use it. The whole reason we had booked this house was to have a pool to swim in. The host knew days before we arrived that the pool was unusable and didn’t inform us. She wouldn’t give us a full refund so we were suck staying there with no pool to use, with a credit for 1 night. This place wasn’t cheap either! The house itself was not very clean either.

Cute little hiuse

The house is very sweet and comfortable for a small group. However there were a couple hazards: we noticed that the top bunk of the bunk room was not secured on its base, putting all three beds in that room in potential danger. Also, in the room next to it (the other multiple bed room) has a lamp with a missing screw, so the bulb leans and touches the shade—a potential fire hazard. Our last note is that the house is listed as having 2+ bathrooms. We found this misleading as there are only 2 bathrooms. We probably would not have rented the house had we realized that. But the space itself was cute and clean, comfortable and and inviting. Thank you for having us.

Dear Jodi, I feel so sorry that you felt not safe at our property. Safe and confort is what we offer to our guest. I will definitely take care of the issues but I also think that our house is far from being unsafe as you consider.
