Lake view and pool was great! The beds were super comfy. Parking does sucks (tight spaces on a hill) but no fault of the renters.

Great place

Fully updated with comfortable beds through out. Really relaxing and very clean. Attentive and efficient host. Would definitely recommend.

Hot Springs family birthday trip

This condo is very nice and clean with plush comforts, new modern appliances, and a great view! The 2 BR/2 bath with a king bed and double bunks were the perfect fit for our crew! We will be back!

Girls trip!

We had a great time hanging out in this beautiful condo! Decor was so pretty, and our bed was so COMFORTABLE! Felt very safe and had a beautiful view! We will return again!

Get away with friends.

Great time with friends. The condo was perfect for us. Great location, great view! The only negative for us was the sloping parking lot and stairs. But over all we enjoyed our time there!

Relaxing

unfortunately, the weather in Hot Springs was horrible. However, the accommodations were wonderful. Everything was super clean, comfortable and had great views. We will definitely be back.

This condo would have been 5/5 stars with just a little more accurate advertisement on the listing. Our greatest complaint is we were hauling a pontoon, and yes the listing does say no trailers in the parking lot, however I did not find this info on the listing until digging for it, after the host had sent the info as part of the check in instructions. It makes total sense why there are no trailers allowed in this parking lot due to it being EXTREMELY steep (borderline unsafe. If you have any sort of mobility issues, this is not the place for you) I just wish the trailer thing would have been more forthcoming, due to the host expecting us to leave a very nice boat and truck in a shady-ish public shopping area. While this condo does come with a complimentary boat slip, we had plans to go to lake Ouachita due to a bacteria being in lake Hamilton during our stay. The condo was cute and conveniently located to entertainment/restaurants. However, I did notice a couple bugs in the bathroom, which can be expected in an older building. Would stay here again, just definitely not while hauling a boat.

Upon arriving, we were instantly greeted by the head of housing. She was very nice and caring. Also, the host Michael was very nice and welcoming. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. 5/5

Nice condo

Nice condo and view of the lake but it only had one TV in the living room really needs one in both bedrooms. Also the parking was horrible on the very steep parking lot.

Excellent condo

I can’t say enough about this condo! The decor is fabulous and they provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable! The view from our living room was a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and the community pool was a nice place to relax. Place is conveniently located to shopping and you definitely want to eat at Bubbas, which is 5 minutes away. Downtown hot springs is a short 10 minutes. Maxine’s is great Italian is your carving that. Steps are steep but worth it!

Father and son guys trip

My friend and i took our boys with us for a boys weekend. The unit was updated and clean. It felt very inviting when we walked in the front door. You are on the bottom floor, which we like because we could walk right out to the water. The host commicated we'll and was pleasant. The only issue i could see is older folks having an issue with the steepness of the parking and the stairs. I would also recommend getting a few more bowls, plates, and utensils so guests can go the entire weekend without having to hand wash or run the dishwasher multiple times over a 2 night stay. Overall it was a great trip, and we would definitely come back. a2 night stay. house

Hi, everything was good! The top to the shampoo in the first bathroom was broken just an FYI. Also, we did find a dead bug on the couch. My husband also left his body pillow there, would you be able to store it for us until we can come back to Hot Springs? We are actually purchasing a property there so we should be back sometime in September.

Beautiful condo

This lakefront Hot Springs condo was much nicer than we expected. It had an amazing view of the lake and the decor was beautifully updated. There are quite a few steps down to front door, but worth the effort- just important to know if you are traveling with anyone that might have difficulty. We will definitely stay here again.
