You'll love this updated, centrally located lakefront condo with gorgeous water views from every room!!! Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views...from the couch, bed, or patio--you decide where! This condo features one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress AND 2 full sized bathrooms which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. With Oaklawn, many restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs within minutes, you're sure to enjoy yourself here!! The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2024. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2025. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 3ft.*** This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Peaceful sanctuary

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo. We will never stay at a hotel again. It was a wonderful experience. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need. This place set the bar really high for anywhere else we would stay. Thank you.

Softball weekend

We found this little gem on VRBO and would recommend it to anyone needing a nice spot close to everything! Our two younger kids play travel softball so we stay out of town a lot, but this was our first Hot Springs stay. It did not disappoint!!

Peaceful Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. One thing that I did not know was that there were stairs. As senior adults it was strenuous to climb the stairs but we managed. Will I stay again? Yes.

Perfect Place

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean and cozy! It was in a great location, with a nice little restaurant across the road. I loved the windows in the living room and bedroom. There was washer and dryer, which was wonderful! We will stay here again!

Awesome Location

My wife, son, and I were looking for a place to stay on Lake Hamilton while visiting family. This was a perfect place that provided a relaxing atmosphere in the evening with the ability to jump right out on the lake the next day!

Great condo with beautiful view

This was a sweet condo that was clean and decorated beautifully. Cozy and comfortable! The host was super sweet and provided more than most with shampoo, soaps, coffee, creamers, laundry supplies, and beach towels to borrow!! She thought of everything and we had a wonderful stay!

The adverstiment did not list the extra chargessuch as an extra bed, cleaning fees. wedid not need an extra bed since there were only two of us.Had I know about the extra charges I would not have rented.
