Clean, comfy and well located. There was some street noise, not bad though. And parking in the neighborhood was easy!Only downside was no kitchen or cooking ability - but plenty of great food around to suffice!

Cozy well furnished little hide-a-way, close to everything northwest Seattle. We enjoyed our stay and Olga was very attentive during our visit.

The space was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Olga was very responsive to messages. The noise from the cars on the streets can get loud at night but there is a white noise machine and ear plugs supplied in the apartment. In a good location close to a lot of parks and street parking was very easy. Overall very nice stay!

This property was perfect for me - traveling alone. It's very cute, comfortable and clean. Everything I needed for a long weekend- nice bathroom, coffee maker and refrigerator, and Met market within walking distance. Great central location to northwest Seattle/ Ballard. I had no issues with the keypad entry and no trouble sleeping through the traffic noise from the street. I went for a long run starting through Golden Gardens park from here. Would definitely stay again.

Studio apartment was clean and decorated nice. While the location was in a good area the apartment itself was street level and traffic was quite noisy.

This was a great place for me and my daughter to stay while visiting Seattle. Close to shopping and attractions. Place was clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Parking was easy and host was very responsive to questions we had prior to our visit. Definitely will stay here again when we come back for another visit.

nice little place… street parking was easy right out front…. convenient to Ballard and downtown… a little loud as it sits right on a busy street…. checkin was difficult with the key pad on the front door but the host did provide an emergency key in a lock box

We loved staying in this very cozy and stylish studio. The beautiful, warm colors and details make you feel right at home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Bed and shower are great and you have everything you need for your stay. Location was very good for our purposes of visiting friends in Ballard and in a nice and walkable neighborhood. It is a great value and accommodations are perfect for 1 or 2 people. We will definitely return!

The location in Ballard is convenient to Fremont, U District, Queen Anne Hill, and Seattle waterfront. The apartment was very clean. 15th Avenue NW outside is noisy with traffic but quiets after 10pm on weekdays. Able to park within 2 blocks on residential streets. The bed was softer than we like, but it was clean. AC was great. We felt like we got great value for our money.

A very well appointed unit in a vibrant, walkable Seattle neighborhood with excellent transit connections.The cleanliness and decor are on par with luxury hotel accommodations.The convenient placement of high-end toiletries, dishes and utensils make for a perfect use of the modern kitchenette.

Everything was just as described, nice place and very convenient. It is on the ground floor right in 15th street so can get noisy, but I had no issues sleeping but a light sleeper might. Host does provide ear plugs and eye mask if you need them!

The studio had everything we needed. One time trouble with the keypad on the lock, but a Solution was given in the message. Was located on a busy, main road, so it was loud. But it didn’t bother us sleeping, so no problem really. The kitchenette did not have a sink, so the one in the bathroom had double duty. Overall it was a nice place with cute neighborhoods around it.
