The property is full of windows and great light. The kitchen works very well, and the neighbourhood is calm and clean. And Andrew was always helpful.

Great little studio! I stayed and worked here for about a week and it was perfect - clean, comfortable, and nice natural light. The kitchen has basic supplies, plenty for simple meals at home. Host is responsive and very clear instructions. The speaker was a nice bonus! Lovely quiet, walkable neighborhood. Wonderful spot for 1-2 people.

We loved this modern guest house! The interior space is well designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Kitchen is sleek in design and has everything you need from making coffee to cooking meals. The neighborhood is charming with coffee shops and restaurants close by. The host is a great communicator and provides clear instructions from accessing the property to check-out. We will definitely book this guest house again!

Andrew’s over-garage studio apartment is great—a safe, comfortable, and convenient location to explore Seattle. Note that the street parking is on the cross-streets, not on the alley where the apartment is located. It was a short walk, but one night we did have a stressful encounter with a loose dog that charged us as we were walking back to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and pretty comfortable; we appreciated the small kitchen, which worked well for us. The bed was very comfortable.

Andrew's place was very cute and quiet, situated in a nice central location in the city. The space was very clean and easy to get in/out. Would definitely book again!

The space was clean, very light, and well laid out. Parking on the street was easy and just a short walk to the door of the unit. AC worked well for us but also the highs were in the mid 70's so AD didn't need to work to the max. No counters in the bathroom so we used the large kitchen counter for some of our things. Area was quiet and very convenient to Madison Ave.We would certainly stay there again!

This was a cozy small studio like full suite with everything a couple need for even long stays. It was clean and spotless. This unit is located on back end of the house and has easy access from the back alley. It is independent and separate from the main house. It is very close to shops, grocery store and resturants. It is 5 minutes from the lake front with car. The only negative didn't have washer and dryer. There is Japanese Garden with in 5 minutes for 10 minutes walk. Many nice parks and green belt for stroling and enjoying the nature

The location was perfect and the space just right. The design of the space provided a lot of light while still being very private. The heated floors in the bathroom were wonderful! The host provided great communication. We would definitely stay here again.
