Great location, super close to the beach with great views of the beach from the balcony and upstairs bedroom. Cozy, clean and the perfect space for our week long vacation. Anna was very responsive and even provided local recommendations! We would stay again!

Amazing beach vacation

Our group spends a few days at AB every year! This year was the best due to be in walking distance to the beach, our favorite restaurants and a pool! Very clean and cozy!

Quick Stay At the Beach

This was a quick stay at Atlantic Beach and this house was perfect. The Host was easy to communicate with and the best thing, the home was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and it's easy to get to the beach and the pool. We will stay again.

Great spot.

Location to the beach and a great restaurant all with in an easy walk. Property was clean and as listed. Information was sent early and host couldn’t have been nicer. Will stay again.

Atlantic Beach trip!

This was a great location for our beach trip! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was a close walk to the beach and restaurants. The communication was great from Anna! It was a close drive to Beaufort and this was a cute town to explore. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Beach music festival

A group of high school buddies reunited for the AB beach music festival. Great place, great views, great location! We had an awesome time. Spoke with the owner several times and she was the best. Have already booked for the next year!!

Great Atlantic Beach Condo

What a great location right on the Atlantic Beach Circle. Easy beach access, great walking/jogging/biking, and walkable bars and restaurants. Our favorite is Idle Hour Biergarten right on the way to the beach. Kitchen is well equiped and has full sized appliances all in great working order with nice views of the ocean. Will stay again when back in the area.

Last Minute Celebration

Perfect property in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was very clean and well-stocked. Walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, Hang 10 donuts, and shopping. We will definitely rent this one again and again.

Hidden Gem!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The condo is very clean and well decorated and sits in a beachy complex. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shops which was perfect for us! Anna, the host is very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely stay at this condo again! Thank you Anna!

Great property

Owner communicates very well. Great property overall! An Italian ice place next door is great for the kiddos (and adults!). A lot of stairs is only negative - a concern for our kiddos and older adults. We drove to Beaufort every night for dinner - no more than 15 min away.

A beautiful beach home!

Perfect location for our family get away to Atlantic Beach. Bright and light with all the comforts of home! Amy was so helpful and nice when we first had trouble getting the door to open. She was able to help us right away from where she was by remote! No need for a rental office! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Our stay at Atlantic Beach was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and all the local attractions. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning coastal views.What truly made this experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. Communication was seamless from booking through checkout, and it was clear that they genuinely care about providing guests with an outstanding experience.This wasn't our first stay here, and that's a testament to how much we love this property. We have stayed here before and continue to choose it whenever we visit Atlantic Beach. Perfect beach getaway!

This property was perfect! Anna is a pleasure to work with. The townhouse is clean and fully stocked with everything you might need, making it feel like HOME! The location was our favorite! Once we unloaded and parked our cars we really did not need them. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, ice cream and donut shops, WINGS store and more! Having a pool was also a plus after a full day at the beach for the kids! This place is a 10/10 😎 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! ❤️

Relaxing

A friend and I decided to come down for a few days before the beach got too crowded and have a relaxing weekend. The townhome is centered around the circle and I was a little worried that it might be loud at night because of the cars passing by but it was the exact opposite. The townhome is in a nice community. Host was very accommodating, we had a few little hiccups that came about but she was able to resolve quickly! My friend and I enjoyed waking up in the morning and having our coffee on one of the two patios facing the pool or the circle and side view of the beach. The patio facing the circle is beautiful at night especially when the moon is out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall good

We had a problem locating the Bldg. upon arrival. It wasn’t marked properly. We saw a person from next-door and they showed us which building it was. Our code didn’t work on the lock, so we called the owner, they reset the code and unlockEd the door remotely. The house was very clean and orderly. Very nice linens and very comfortable beds. The previous tenants did not unload the dishwasher as was required upon check out, the cleaning lady did not do that either so I did it. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and great location at Atlantic Beach.

We always strive for a five star experience for our guests. We have a very detailed check in instruction so that the guest will have no confusion. We responded immediately to their issue and reset the code for them to enter. (No delay). Also reassured them if there was anything they needed or were lacking they could call. We have an owners closet that was full of soap that they had access to. We would wish for their stay to be perfect.
