Newer semi custom home conveniently located in the middle of Lake Havasu City.

The house has three king beds. The family room has an 86" main TV, the bedrooms have 50" smart TV's. The house was designed by "Shannon by the Shore" an OC custom designer.

Custom tile work in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The family room has a large couch that offers recliners, power charging and comfort for the whole family.
Both showers are walk in, no cheap plastic bathtub combos here.

This is not a typical "rental" home where people put in old furniture, old towels etc. Everything is BRAND NEW! Garages are not available for use, sorry.

The pool is not your typical Havasu $30k build, it has custom color changing glass tile, large raised rear wall, travertine coping, infinity style spa flowing into the pool.

The LED lights have multiple color options and can do light shows with changing colors. The large Baja shelf can hold plastic chairs, umbrellas, and provides a shallow hangout area to sit and relax and talk with others.

The rest of the pool is fairly deep which is great for swimming. The deep end is 7ft deep and 16 feet wide!! The length of the pool is 34 feet long.

Children must be pool safe and know how to swim.

Spa heating is included; one 2 hr. Session per evening. Pool heating is $7.50 per hour and needs to be set up in advance. The pool temp will depend on outside air temp especially at night.
