This home has been through a complete remodel. It has all upscale furnishings, wood floors, and kitchen appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Shipyard Village in the Litchfield by the Sea community. The master suite features floor to ceiling windows with a great ocean view, a king bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a TV. The master bedroom has a connecting newly renovated bathroom with a new tub and separate shower. One guest room has a queen bed, nightstand, full dresser, and a 40-inch TV. The other fun filled guest room features 2 bunk beds. Most renters say that this room is an absolute kids heaven. It has an area with a flat screen TV for gaming/movies. Both guest rooms have a convenient vanity/sink area in each room. The family room has the most amazing view of the ocean with a 55' flat screen. This amazing area has a huge sectional that screams COMFORT. You will find that this family room is connected to a well-stocked kitchen and wet bar for great conversation. Great sunrises over the ocean can be seen on the deck as you drink your early morning coffee. (This area seems to be some of our guest's favorite feature of the condo.). The deck has a new "high top" table and chair set along with a glider. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide a newly installed ice maker. Our past guests really like the extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, highchair, playpen, Keurig coffee maker, reserved parking, and central AC/heat. We pride ourselves on the new/ upscale furniture throughout. All Linens are included with 8 bath towels and fresh sheet sets at no extra charge. Your fresh clean beds will be ready and waiting on your arrival. Departure cleaning fee is included in price. We proudly provide a Downstairs storage closet that includes several beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a tent for your beach fun. Everything provided is intended to cut down on your packing to come to the beach. We certainly want to offer all the convenience possible. Our condo is located in the LITCHFIELD BT THE SEA community. As a guest, you will have access to the miles of bike/jogging paths, the community also has a public fishing and crabbing dock. The location of the community is right in between Pawley's Island and Murrel's Inlet. This location allows you the opportunity to explore many eating options. No Smoking and No Pets. The pool does close for the off season. Dates vary from year to year and can be provided per your request. NOTE: Google maps is incorrect. We are not 6 minutes from the beach, we are actually just steps to the beach)) Location - Oceanfront. Maximum Capacity: 8.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s clean, spacious, in a great area with lots to do. The ice maker and the closet with all the beach and pool supplies were game changers. Going on a beach vacation and not needing to bring chairs or shade tent is priceless. Beach access so close too! We will definitely stay here again.

Sharon was a wonderful host. Great communication and quick to respond to any questions. The location of the condo was perfect. Steps away from the beach access & it was a bonus having the storage closet with everything one would need for the beach so easily accessible. We also enjoyed many a sunrise from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Great house with a great view and easy access to the beach. The host checked in on us and gave us great tips on restaurants etc. Will definitely be returning!

We had a great time on our trip which was made more convenient by our host offering chairs, tents and toys for the beach as well as suggestions on places to eat, etc. the location of the condo was amazing! The views were incredible! We would definitely revisit!

What’s not to love about seeing the ocean every time you walk in the condo?! Sharon was amazing at communication, the condo was cozy and lovely, and the views, unbelievable. We hoped for warmed weather and the hot tub wasn’t working for half the week but it still was extremely relaxing!

Great beach get away

This was our second stay and we love this place. Excellent beach access, wonderful area, condo well stocked and cozy. Just a great place for relaxing beach get away with family.

We are a family of five from a city near to Litchfield. We grew up coming to this area during the summer on vacations. We wanted to offer the same luxury to our children. The memories made here cannot be replaced.

We picked this property and unit because it is the best relaxation spot that we could think of. Our unit gets the most awesome sun rises from the northern sky line over the ocean. We love the quite times in the mornings that we can forget about everything and just have a cup of coffee out on the deck. VERY RELAXING!!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We set this unit up to allow our kids and friends to have their own separate bedroom. We have set up the kids room with toys, books, and beanbags. We feel if the children are happy then we are happy!!! We love the place because it has hardwood floors and tile floors. This feature allows easy and quick cleanups. (LOVE THAT) Our favorite part to the condo is the experience that we get as we sit on our big couch. We can open the curtains and see the beach while watching TV at the same time.
