My husband and I had a great week! In addition to being oceanfront and being on the beach daily, we enjoyed sitting out on the lower balcony in the mornings with our coffee, and the upper one late night watching fireworks and the full moon. We fully appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too. Lastly, being able to park in the garage was very convenient and kept our car fairly free of salt spray and sand.

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this pet friendly ocean front property with an amazing beach vibe. Great views of the ocean from every balcony. Will definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Clean and updated townhouse that is literally at the beach access. Great ocean views from the living room and all bedrooms. Garage access for your car is included, and the host responds quickly to messages.

No working toaster, old crushed ice in freezer, no cubes, skimpy towels.Great beach view

Im am sorry to hear the toaster did not work for you and there was only crushed ice and not cubed, I wish you had mentioned it to me, when we communicated during your stay , you indicated everything was lovely.

Really great location, but I was super disappointed when I got there and there were only 2 beds and 2 pull out couches. When I booked there was 2 regular beds and a set of bunkbeds with a queen on the bottom. I honestly would not have chosen this place if I knew the 3rd room only had a pull out couch. It was extremely uncomfortable, to the point I just slept down stairs on the couch. This booking was an awful lot of money to not have a comfortable place to sleep for a week.. Otherwise we had some trouble with the shower filling up the tub and dripping even after it was turned off but it didn’t affect our stay. The room with the pull out couch got super hot without curtains because it is in the side where the sun is. None of these things were bad enough to ruin the trip and the house was very safe and clean. Just things to know before you go.

Hi Ivy, I’m surprised by your review. The previous feedback I received was your group was having a great time. The third bedroom twin/full bunk bed was just recently replaced with a La-Z-Boy queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded foam mattress. I think it is very comfortable, especially compared to the bunk bed mattresses. The room darkening binds normally do a great job blocking out the sun. I did notice someone had shut the air conditioning room vent. The reason for the room getting warm. Also checked out the bathtub drain, works well , but did notice the tub drain valve was partially closed. Plunged it really good just in case. Thanks for your feedback.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Pet friendly, love the balconies, and perfect view of the beach. Location couldn’t be any better. Waking distant to the pier. Overall the house is beautiful.

Wayne was an excellent host. I received all the information I needed. The house was great. When we did have a minor problem he took care of it promptly. I’m looking to stay there again next year!!
