Incredible Ocean Front location. This one bedroom, one bath condo comes fully furnished with upgraded island decor. Watch the waves crash as the sun sets on the ocean from the private lanai. And, during season, you can watch whales jump and breach with the beautiful island of Molokai in the the background. This condo offers everything you imagine when you come to Maui. Features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, recessed kitchen lighting, step in shower, tile and carpet flooring. Gated sparkling pool area. Free wifi W/D, and parking and AC.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are strictly enforced.

Unbelievable view, pictures do not give it justice. Wonderful area just a little more on the tourist trap side of pricing. Amazing place to stay. Definitely recommend. Definitely would stay again.

Very good stay overall

The place is well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped with appliances and everyday accessories. The photos are accurate, and the property faces the ocean, making it easy to check in and out. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but you can't lower the temperature; the bedroom only has a fan but no AC! The mattress is excellent, but the pillows must be better and firmer.

Whales, turtles and a view ow my. What a great place, would love to come back and stay in the same condo. We love this place much better then any 5 star hotel. If you want the beach life this place is not for you, but if you want the quiet vacation with a incredible view, this is the place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short three-night stay on our way back from New Zealand to join our daughter's family on their one-week stay. This place is beautiful, so cozy with a wonderful view, only thing is the ac unit was not working properly, it was a warm day and night and just couldn't get it to cool, but other than that it was great!

Above and beyond

Being invited to a friend's wedding in Maui was a blessing. This condo made it a dream. And the upgraded flooring from carpet to laminate was a wonderful surprise!!

Nice Unit in Great Location

Honokowai is our favorite location to stay in Maui. Less crowded than Kaanapali with close access to great snorkel sites and a short drive to Lahaina for restaurants and groceries. Our unit faced the ocean and had a spectacular view. The reef that runs along the coast in front of the complex was one of our favorite snorkeling adventures. We encountered several turtles up close and lots of fish and the water entrance was easy. The rental had nice decor and all the kitchen necessities were there for cooking and eating in which we did for most of the trip. Our only disappointment was that there was no AC in the bedroom and kitchen essentials such as steak knives were of somewhat cheaper quality. I felt the unit and complex were a good value and I would highly recommend it and stay there again.

Pool was coming apart not warm enough for morning with little sun and other dude had great views no way to get to ocean there were people fishing not fro there and local teenagers cussing and grabbing turtles told them to stop they flipped us off and went down further other people was yelling at them

Great view

Old soap still left on shelf in shower., Advertised as having air-conditioning but in reality that’s not actually true since it doesn’t work very well and certainly doesn’t have an air conditioner in the bedroom where it is most important for sleeping. That is misleading.

Great view and quality condo in class B building

The view is as pictured and fabulous. The unit has been updated nicely with quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Our criticism of the unit is that the A/C does not cool the bedroom adequately and even using the multiple fans provided the bedroom was warm, with a fair level of fan noise. Extending the ventless system with a second head unit in the bedroom would be a challenge but would elevate the quality. As to the building, this is a well built older four story steel structure building that shows its age and wear in the stairwells, elevator, outside carpets, and the like. The ocean view from the lawn is panoramic, but there are no covered areas and there is not really a usable beach except a small strip in front of the beach wall next door at low tide; the pool is on the front of the building next to the parking lots. So on the whole a very nice condo unit with a 10 view, but the property is lacking in some features. The management company, Epic, was superb in all respects and we would definitely rent through it again.

Ocean front

Ocean front unit which was nice however there was no good access point to get into the water. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, adequate linens. No air conditioning in the bedroom so found it to be quite warm/stuffy even with the floor and overhead fans. Wasn't walkable for us to restaurants, bars or beaches with water access so that was unfortunate. Pool area was nice but didn't get much sun, pool was on the cooler side. The building is quite old but well kept as was the apartment both however could use a refresh. We feel that for what we paid it was a fair.

Hawaiian vacation

The pictures were spot on. We were right on the water. The view was spectacular. The condo was perfect. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would definitely come back. Oh, and the price was right. We were here visiting my son who works for Kapalua Zip lining and it was only 8 min away from this VRBO. It’s close enough to walk to Dollies, Beach House and going the other way Dukes. Very enjoyable. I didn’t want to leave and I could live in this VRBO. Thank you for advertising the view, it is spot on.

Great Wave Watching

Tastefully appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable sofa bed. No close by beach to walk on, but very close to the ocean itself.
