We weren't daydreaming!

While the property may be dated, it is clean and offers priceless views. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we spotted several turtles and even whales! We enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby food truck park, indulge in cinnamon rolls at Papi's Ohana, grab coffee at Bad Ass Coffee, and stop by the ABC store.

Maui Vacation

This place is gorgeous! we stayed only a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable. place was clean and the location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. This is a place I would defiantly come back to.

Great little place on the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. I realize that if the place were exponentially nicer and updated the cost to stay would increase. So the price and the quality were equal and met my expectations. Beautiful little condo right on the water. Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management went above and beyond to accommodate us before and during our stay. They property is so well maintained and beautiful. The condo provided everything we needed and then some. The Sunsets on the Lanai where some of the best we have ever seen. Every day we saw whales swimming buy and jumping. Thanks for an amazing holiday at an incredible resort!

Family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay itself was nice, the view, and the location. My only comment is that the AC was old and rusted so it didn’t really make the living room area comfortable to sleep in. It was almosts as if it was blowing hot air because we were following how low we could set it. It was me, my significant other, and my two kids so the kids were supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa and us in the room. However we all crammed in the one room because it was cooler in there. Lahaina has breeze but during the day in the room it was hot.

You can use google map to locate the condo with out any issues at all unlike what the condo management said you must follow their directions.

Reviewer Comments: Overall clean, but I would like to make the owner and manager aware of broken items and needed necessities.1)plug in black fan broken, it was broke last stay 5 yrs ago 2) something is causing sawdust in microwave cabinet and was all over the counter every morning in the coffee pot, could be termite3) Towels, silver ware, napkins, sandwich bags, foil items were not provided, I bought some and left for next guest.4) a/c is dripping water badly on Lani5) ice maker in freezer is not working well it drips alot of water and freezes to bottom of tray.

Quiet, Peaceful and GREAT View. We loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable and right on the water. What more could you ask? We would stay here again. This is our 35th trip to Maui and we always look for places like this. The mainstream resorts offer an experience at twice the price, and waaaaay far from the water. Granted there is something to be said for someone to walk out to the pool and ask "May I bring you another drink?" but we learned a long time ago to trade all that for a wonderful view and avoiding the throngs of people. This place was perfect for that and we hope to visit again.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay. the guests were the ones that were rude and they felt like they were staying at the Ritz Carlton, I'm just really when you stay here is a member that your guest for someone who owns that condo. felt uncomfortable even going outside enjoying the beach because people were so rude. The sense of entitlement because they were able to put their credit card numbers in online to go to Maui was not an excuse enough for me to dislike my vacation.

Our 2 week stay at Kaleialoha #109

I stayed here before 2 years ago and have recommended it to many of my friends and gave them the website. I came right after Covid and it was great but this time 2 weeks was great.. Both times I rented through Lonnie Newman and she is always very nice and friendly. And this time they were having a big meeting there and it was wonderful they had food and hula dancers music, tents the owners went all out and invited everyone staying there. It’s always great to stay there and a ground floor unit is even better lol thank you all so much Sheri Shepard Las Vegas, Nevada

We lived like locals!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Maui. We have been to Oahu & stayed at a beautiful hotel. The location of the condo was perfect. Being oceanfront is what we wanted. Having our morning coffee in front of the aces and turtles was a daily dream come true! And then to watch the sunset as well was unexpected. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. We had use of beach chairs, sand toys & a boogie board. We truly felt like locals. One small note about our unit was that it was a little outdated in regards to the decor, furniture and carpet/tile etc.

Property manager and maintenance take much pride in making the outside of the property very alluring, relaxing and beautiful!The unit we stayed in #109 was filthy! It didn’t seem like it had been really cleaned in a long time! Dusty, rusty and moldy! Very uncomfortable the first night, but we cleaned and made it more comfortable for us! The location of the unit was perfect, but the inside left much to be desired! No upgrades, which would have been fine, if it was clean! I would recommend this building to everyone looking for a perfect location, and I would absolutely stay here again, but would choose a different unit for my stay!

Hardly a Deluxe unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we chose this unit for a last minute get away. I cant tell you how disappointed we were. From the grass on the patio which needs replacing to the carpet inside that felt like you were walking on a wet sponge (and made my feet itch). I would not call this place deluxe by any means. The counter tops might be new - but the wall paper in the bathroom certainly is not. the tv and stereo hardly work. the remote is taped together and leaves a sticky residue on your hands when you used it. the stereo changed inputs when you changed the volume. the pots and pans were pretty old and the coffee pot fell apart on me almost every morning. (we actually bought a new machine) Clean up was a breeze though as there were little bugs all over the kitchen counters. The bedroom had kleenex on the floor behind the furniture (I discovered while trying to find a plug that worked) The bed was not level - your feet are higher than your head and there are no extra pillows to use to help compensate for that unevenness. Even the lawn chairs they provide for the beach are falling apart. every time I folded it up, more paint fell off them. all said - we were quite disappointed in this newly renovated deluxe unit. it felt like a stash for their old stuff. not really comfortable to stay in so we ended up out a lot more than planed. the property itself is nice and clean and well maintained. nice little pool off the parking lot. they washed the furniture off every am and was always clean. Would I recommend it - probably not.

Beautiful View while Up To Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in. Originally in unit 109 (love the ground floor lanai and direct access to the outside area - unit is dated but view amazing). After first night plumbing problems and we were moved to an upstairs unit when it was determined the problem wasn't a quick fix. Newer updated unit 204 upstairs. Still ocean view though smaller balcony. We were back on Maui to help support the island with donations, volunteer and generous shopping, activities and tipping. Would stay again when on vacation.

In need of serious upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've previously stayed at this facility in a different unit, but unit 109 is need of serious upgrades. For tall people you have to bend over backward to get under the shower head; the bed was way to soft and we woke with backaches every day; the slider doors to the lanai were difficult to open, the AC unit is rusting away from salt water on it's exterior likely affecting it's performance, the carpet [why is there carpet in the first place] was stained; so overall we'd never lease this unit again. It seems fairly obvious that the unit is in or near its original condition when the facility was built. The owner needs to seriously upgrade this unit to reflect current renter tastes.

Hidden Gem. For the price you can't beat the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. We only experienced trouble with the slider door but maintenance came to the rescue immediately. I do hope when we return someday it will be replaced. I do wish there was a safe on the lower level to lock up valuables. But you can not beat the sunsets and the turtles floating by. Perfect location to all the nice beaches. Snorkeling was pristine. We BBQ'd several nights right out the door. Nice pool to cool off in after snorkeling. We had a wonderful vacation and would gladly stay again. Lonnie was especially great in assisting us.
