This beautiful, updated 3 story, 4200sf home boasts end of the road privacy only a 5 minute walk to the SHARC. With 2 Master Bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms, and 4 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 16 people.
Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable retreat home that has plenty of room for your whole family to gather and unwind! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Large HDTV's with cable and Chromecast, Arcade games, board games, Ping-pong, and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.
The main living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and grand windows leading to one of 4 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. There is a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances and dishes and a gas cooktop, ready for any meal or gathering.
Downstairs is a separate family/rec room with large TV, video arcade games, pool table as well as a game table, fireplace & wet/wine bar. There you will also find another king bedroom, bathroom, and a deck that leads to a private Hot tub.
Upstairs is a secluded, adult retreat with a balcony walk, quiet sitting area, private deck, and two king master suites, each with a private bath and soaring vaulted ceilings. The Grand Master is a family suite and has a gas fireplace, private sitting room with double kids bunks and private deck.
On the main floor you'll find a dorm style room for the kids with three sets of bunk beds and TV. Additionally there is another Queen bedroom, and full bath.
A 2 car garage provides entertaining space with ping-pong and foosball, and 10 bicycles will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer.
Kids and adults alike enjoy watching the trains pass nearby.

Our group of three families loved this home. Anthony was great at communicating and quick to assist when we needed a minor issue (threw a breaker with a hairdryer). It was fixed before we got back to the house that day. The kids all loved the arcade and games. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out even with a large group. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The A/C was excellent for a very hot week in Sunriver. Most of us brought bikes but there were plenty of house bikes to choose from. The spa was great to relax in at night as well. Overall, we would absolutely return to this place. This was our third trip to Sunriver as a family and my kids have said this was their absolute favorite!

Great spot in Sunriver!
We stayed here with 12 people a few weekends Ago for a family trip and loved our stay. Lots of amenities, tons of space and beautiful peaceful views.

Large Family Gathering

Our stay was great. No complaints from anyone in the family.host was responsive and everything was in the house that we needed. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of activities for the kids. Thanks Anthony.

Would have been better if the house thermostat wasn’t locked. And could have used a much larger firewood supply.

Hey Jeff,
Sorry to see this 3 star review. We have had hundreds of guests stay and they have given us a 99% 5-star rating based upon our home, the amenities and their experience in our home as our guests.
For what it's worth, we don't lock the thermostat, so a previous guest must have done that. I apologize for any inconvenience. And after exhausting the initial supply (which rarely happens), we will always provide more firewood upon request.
Communication is key. If you had reached out even once during your stay to share any concerns, you'd have given us the chance to show you how awesome our team is and how hard we will work to ensure you have a fantastic stay in Sunriver. Sorry we didn't get the opportunity to make that happen.

Amazing place
Everything about this home great. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out or enjoy time together.
The home is stocked with just about anything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location
We’ve been going to Sunriver for years this definitely one of our favorite locations to stay. Close to village and Sharc. Owners were great to communicate with during our stay.
Definitely will bust this home again.

We had a great family vacation. The neighborhood was great. The kids loved watching the trains go by. It was a little noisy at night when the trains passed so we used sound machines in the bedrooms. All in all is was a beautiful home a great location and our family loved our stay. The property manager was great and was quick to respond and help with any questions. We all love Sunriver!

Great Weekend with Friends
We had 4 couples stay and kids too. Space was clean and worked well for a large group. Lots of fun things for kids (and adults) with games in garage and basement. Hot tub worked great. Loved the location near Sunriver Village. Would stay here again.

What an amazing house. There was 18 of us for 5 days. So much room and fun stuff to do. The hill outside was amazing. This house had everything we could ever need. 10/10 for an amazing vacation

Everything went mostly as planned. Owner was awesome to communicate with. Kitchen very well stocked, great appliances, BBQ worked great. We had a great family of 13 gathering. Thank you Anthony!

Beautiful home
We loved staying at this property. It was close to the mall and the SHARC but set back enough we had lots of privacy. The upper deck was so peaceful. The game room was the biggest hit with everyone. The furnishings were top quality and we appreciate the communication with the owner. We definitely hope to come back to this property

Family Christmas
It was perfect, not much more to say. The house fit our needs as if we designed it, the decorations that were already there, amazing!!!! Communication with the owner was open, honest and punctual. We are already looking to book the house for a weekend in the summer and again next December.

Great Location
Lots of sleeping options in this home and convenient location to The Sharc and Sunriver base. Next to train tracks but they only went by 1-2 times a day. Kitchen was a little small to support cooking for all occupants but we made it work. Host is extremely responsive and genuinely cares about your stay in the home.

Awesome Sun River House
The house was awesome and the perfect size for the 10 of us adults. All the features you would want to have. Plenty of beds, great kitchen for cooking, big deck for everyone to hangout at, games downstairs and in the garage, SHARC passes and bicycles for everyone. Anthony was a great host and very accommodating for any requests we had. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly house!
This house was perfect for our extended family, ranging in ages from 5 years old to 73. Plenty of space for everyone.
Kids (& adults!) loved the game room! We spent a lot of time outside on the large deck.
Location is great too. Close to the SHARC pool and a short bike ride to Sunriver Village. House is at the quiet end of a culdesac, great spot for the kids to play outside.
Homeowner was extremely accommodating. We will definitely return!

Great house for large group
This home was great. It is at a good location - near the SHARC and Village and is the last house on a dead end road that has a round about (great for little kids to ride bikes around). We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the retro video games in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked with all cookware that would be needed. Owner was very responsive. Two different master suite areas upstairs worked out great for staying with multiple families. Wonderful home.

Our home is very inviting and comfortable. It sleeps up to 16 people and there is plenty of room for everyone. With a new kitchen that is set up for cooking and a top floor with 2 master suites, in addition to the Kids bedroom and entertainment space, its a great multi-family retreat.

The SHARC is a short walk away, where you can enjoy pools and waterslides in the summer, or sledding and tubing in the winter.. The yard opens up to a small hill where the kids can play and there is a private cul-de-sac to ride bikes.
