It was beautiful place to stay for a week! It was very family friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the large deck and hot tub.

Great home, great location

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. Very comfortable living area as well as recreational fun - pool table and ping pong table and bikes. Very enjoyable place to stay.

The property worked reasonably well for our group overall, but there was one significant issue that affected the stay.The location in Sunriver was excellent, and the house was generally comfortable for a large group. The beds/linens were clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the sleeping arrangements were as described. For 12 adults sleeping individually, it was workable, though anything beyond that would really need to be couples sharing beds, as the twin beds are a bit small for adults.The kitchen was also well stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, a coffeemaker, and the other basics we needed for group meals. There were 2 fridges, which was great.The main disappointment was the SHARC pool access. The primary photo for the rental shows the SHARC pool, and the listing stated, “SHARC! 14 UNLIMITED USE SHARC passes are included. 30 pp/per day without pass!” The listing also referenced “top-notch amenities, including a heated pool.” However, when I asked the host about SHARC access, the response was: “SHARC passes are not included with your stay.”That was frustrating because SHARC access appeared to be a meaningful advertised amenity, especially for a larger group. Had that been clear in the listing, expectations would have been different.Overall, the house itself was decent, clean, well located, and functional for our group, but the inconsistency around SHARC access was a significant miss. A clearer listing would make this a better rental experience

Great time in Sunriver!

I came down with my Frisbee team and stayed at Melanie's house. It was great! We loved the hot tub the pool table and ping pong, riding bikes on the beautiful trails of Sunriver, and the open concept main floor that let us cook and spend time together. Thanks!

Family reunion

We were in Sunriver for a family reunion and actually had 5 houses full of family! This house slept a lot of people and had a well equipped kitchen. Melanie was super easy to work with and responded to our questions very quickly. The kids loved the Shark and riding bikes! We used the park for the large family gatherings and it worked out great!

Family Reunion

We gathered our family together for the first time in over 2 years: 8 adults, 6 kids ages 1-7. The house was perfect for us: spacious, lovely, very well stocked. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, bikes and scooters, SHARC passes, decks and surrounding paths and river. It was a special time for us all.

Snowmobile trip

As presented. Plenty of beds for multiple people. Kitchen set up well. Parking was plentiful. No problems during the stay. Very warm and comfortable. I would recommend this property for large groups. Pool table and hot tub were used. Ping pong in garage. Enjoyed our stay. Owners made it very easy. Communicated well. Thanks.

Great Spacious Place to Spend Christmas!

Overall, the house was really great for a larger group and we would rent again. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and everyone was comfortable. The game room was great and a hit with the kids. The fireplace was also awesome, and there was plenty of dry wood in the garage. The only slight issue we had was that it seemed a bit short on supplies (we needed to buy extra dishwasher detergent, etc). We didn't end up using the hot tub, the cover seemed quite old and was saturated with water making it hard to lift and it was also shedding material into the water.

Great house for family fun in Sunriver!

This house worked extremely well for our active family of 14 (4 couples and 6 children ages 3-8). The location on a semi-private cul-de-sac and the large deck area provided ample, worry-free outdoor play space for kids; proximity to bike/walk trail and provided bikes/joggers were both big priorities for us- as was SHARC access for our whole group- allowing us all to bike and swim daily! We loved the spacious options for indoor & outdoor dining and the well-stocked kitchen and extra fridge. The 4 King bed rooms for adults and the kids sleeping room were big hits -providing plenty of space for all 14 of us. And we really appreciated our host Melanie. The house was everything promised in the listing, access was easy and seamless, and Melanie was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Such a great fit for us! We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay!

We had a small family reunion of sorts and this house fit the bill. Large to accommodate us as well as a very well equipped kitchen. (That’s often hard to find). Large TVs and comfortable beds and given the hot weather during our visit the AC was very welcome. Only criticism is that since the house is so large it could benefit from having some WiFi extenders to amplify the signal. If you got too far from the router the signal was lost (upper level and deck). Also several of the bikes had loose chains and resulted in them falling off. Not a huge deal just an annoyance while riding. Otherwise I would recommend and stay again 😀

The location of this property was great, a short walk to the River and tons of bikes for everyone in our group. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The overall layout was great for a smaller group, However when we rented the property it was advertised to fit 18 people with 5 bedrooms and dogs allowed which was not accurate. The bedroom with all the single beds can only be accessed through another bedroom, creating a lack of privacy. There were not enough beds for 18 people either. Luckily we were able to purchase some blowups when we got there. The property also advertised 14 Shark passes included in our stay which was also not accurate and when asked, the owner stated we can purchase passes ourselves. There were some other things as far as cleanliness: there was a cigarette burn hole on one of the bed sheets, the oven was really dirty as well as the back deck and furniture. The carpet and furniture were worn which is probably a good thing because of it being a rental however it was not what we expected based on the advertising. The communication from the host was not the friendliest either. We were all disappointed in the false advertisement of this property as we picked this house based on our specific needs for our group, however loved our time in Sunriver.

Great house, lots of bikes, perfect for family reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Melanie was very responsive to our needs. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils, pots/pans, etc to cook & serve a large family. The hot tub & the pool table room were used almost every night. Our biggest challenge was beds. The house was listed to sleep 18, we had 14 adults (only because one family of 4 couldn’t join us) and yet we did not have enough beds for everyone. You can’t expect 3 adults to sleep in the same bed. We also felt that some kind of zoned cooling system would be appropriate. The downstairs rooms were freezing, yet upstairs were warm at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this wonderful house, just be advised you can’t sleep 18 people here.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and spacious for our family of 16. We had 10 adults and six kids ranging from 13 years to 9 months of age. Lots of activities within minutes of the house. Our family enjoyed the pool table, bikes (lots to choose from), large porch and hot tub. The house was stocked with plenty of bath towels and dishes for cooking and meal times. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

We Love Sunriver!

The house was great and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Decks are awesome, beds were very comfortable. Great hot tub. Kids and adults had a lot of fun with the pool table and ping pong. Bikes are in okay shape - they did the job. Very comfortable house and Sunriver is so much fun!

Four families stayed for a baseball tournament and it was perfect. Everything worked, bikes were great and the house was well equipped.
