Very clean condo but there were a few broken items upon our arrival- screens in the windows and fans. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals easily. We were disappointed that there was no outdoor seating on the balcony as we enjoy drinking our coffee looking at the Mountain View and we just had to stand out there. The other issue for us was the additional cost for parking. The parking garage is very tight and had limited space this weekend especially if you had a larger vehicle. We were also surprised to see the additional daily fees for parking. We ended up paying quite a bit in parking fees because we had to park in the lot across from the condo. Just something to take into consideration when planning and budgeting for your trip. The parking garage fee is less for the week but you need a smaller vehicle to park in there. Overall, it was a great location and we loved being able to walk over to River Run Village for shopping and dinner. The gondola ride and hike at the top was excellent!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the condo, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient location near River Run Village. We do wish we had known about the broken screens and fans during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our team to take a look and address anything we could. We appreciate you bringing those items to our attention now. Regarding parking, the applicable fees and parking options are disclosed in the property's listing description. Parking is managed by the building HOA/resort and is outside of our control, including the availability and pricing of overflow parking. We understand that these additional costs are an important consideration when planning a trip, which is why the information is provided in advance. We're glad you were still able to enjoy the area and make the most of your time in Keystone. Thank you for staying with us!

Ok location with 200yard walking to gondola. Free parking. Pack your own shampoo, though, as they “provide only for one day”

Fabulous area, well maintained

The property is great, comfortable beds, clean, great communication. The only downfall would be the appliances. The oven never fully heated to the temp needed. However, being so close to the village and gondola were fantastic!

Great Condo! Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. The location is perfect with about a 5 min walk to the Gondola. The two rooms provided enough space and the living area was large enough to spread out and hang out. The very large dining room table offered a great place to play games with the family. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed playing billards in the lobby. We took advantage of the ski locker and stored two sets of skis and two snowboards also. The parking garage offered easy load-in and load out. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. They have a regular coffee pot (not a Kuerig) and when we stayed there was no "left behind" coffee but plenty of filters. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
