Escape to the lake!

Come enjoy being on this beautiful lake in your boat or on your jet skis or while away the day floating and swimming with friends or family in this is fully furnished 2 bedroom plus loft, with 2 full baths. The master and guest rooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, while the loft has a comfortable pullout.

This lake house comes with a private dock and is nestled in a beautiful cove. Rock Springs boat ramp is less than 1 mile away. Bring your boat! The kitchen is fully stocked, full sized washer & dryer, a smart TV and WiFi. There is a lower patio and an upper deck with gas grill and dining table. Plenty of parking available for cars and boat trailer. It is located between Tugaloo State Park and Paynes Creek Campground. Also, this home is close to downtown Hartwell and Lavonia. Well behaved pets are welcomed.

Check in was very easy and host was quick to respond to any questions. Location is perfect. Peaceful spot to relax or enjoy a great day on the lake. Home was very clean and well stocked.

Lake weekend

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with our son and his friend, and our dog. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The owners are so friendly and responsive. The covered dock is perfect for a day on the lake, and if you are a sunrise person be sure to get your coffee and walk down to watch it…perfect location for sunrise over the water.

Terrific

We recognized the place as soon as we saw it. I asked the host about getting in early if possible and they were very accommodating and we got in 2 hours early. The place was very clean inside. Also not too far from town. The covered dock is always a plus and plenty of parking. If you’re looking it is definitely worth it.

Pefect getaway at the lake

This was the perfect house to have a getaway with the family. The hosts are great and very responsive. The dock was perfect for our boat, in a nice quiet cove.

Take a breath and relax

What a wonderfully relaxing trip in a fantastic location! The house and property were well equipped in a very quiet area. We’re so glad we found this property and will be back. Cathy was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed . Highly recommend.

Peaceful beautiful lakeside property.

Loved early morning coffee on the patio or at the dock. Such a well equipped kitchen for great meals. Easy and prompt communication with Cathy and her husband. Just a delight to be there.

Summer Trip

The house was clean and just as described. We had a great time fishing and boating and would definitely stay here again. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing and peacefully tranquil

Can’t say enough about this place. It was quiet, peaceful, the lake was amazing even during the winter. The hosts were great and made sure you had everything you needed for a wonderful get away. Can’t wait to get back!!! Thank you!!!
