Awesome location in Savannah's Historic District! This carriage house apartment has a compact designer kitchen and ultra stylish furnishings. Private garage parking for 1 small car below the rental is an added luxury!
Steps from dining, shopping and tourist landmarks. King size bed + single cot pullout chair for person #3 if needed in living room.

Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91" wide and 83" tall. If your vehicle is large the street parking is free to the public on this block.

On this site there is a no refund policy but we offer premium travel insurance through CSA Generali as an add on to your booking to protect you from unforseen covered reasons that prevent travel.

Note that the patio is shared between 3 units at this Triplex building. There is no shared indoor space

Property has an outdoor camera above patio and a camera in the garage.

Sweet and comfortable

Such a sweet little place that was very comfortable and conveniently located for walking pretty much all over Savannah! We could not fit the minivan in the garage, but had no trouble finding parking on any nearby street. And, it’s free after 5;00pm and weekends. Everything worked well and it was surprisingly quiet at night! Highly recommend!

Great Space and Location

Charming. Perfect for a couple. We loved having onsite parking and walked everywhere. Highly recommend and would atay here again.

Tiny but great location

The place is very nice, cozy and quiet. Location is wonderful. It has a small parking spot very convenient for the area. A few things to improve. The pillows are super uncomfortable and it’s a shame since the bedding is very nice and cozy. The towels have a very bad smell. The bath rugs were dirty. The shower door difficult to manage and water pressure poor.

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for four nights, the location was wonderful. Very quiet and safe area. The property was very clean! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything looks brand new. We loved the location, walkable to the riverfront and most historic sites. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. We loved our visit to Savannah.
