Newly remodeled. Three finished levels of living. Airy and dramatic two-story living/dining room with gas fireplace and wall of windows with beautiful views of golf course. Walking distance to ski slopes (just across the street), lifts 1 and 3.

Four bedroom, three and a half baths. Sleeps 10. First floor master suite with king bed, flat screen TV and private full bath. New powder room 1st floor. Bedroom #2 with queen bed and flat screenTV and bedroom #3 with two twin beds located on second level with shared bath. Bedroom #4 in lower level with queen bed and a set of bunk beds. A third full bath on lower level. Also included in lower level is full size washer and dryer, foosball, air hockey and spacious living area with flat screen TV and DVD player.

Very comfortable unit with wraparound deck overlooking 1st and 8th green and 9th tee.

Championship golf course. Adventure course with ziplining for the adventurer (novice to expert). Segway guided adventures through acres of scenic trails. Indoor/outdoor pools with indoor/outdoor hot tub. Outdoor waterslide, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, spa, miniature golf and more. These amenities are at a separate cost through Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa. Nearby hiking trails, a 20 minute drive from the condo. Two of our favorites is Wintergreen Gorge and Panama Rocks.

Free wireless Internet, cable, DVD. Smart TV on main floor. Walking distance to ski slopes (just across the street).

Golf and ski schools available. Snowmobile trails accessible. Ice fishing on Findley and Chautauqua Lakes. Several Par 3 golf courses within 20 minutes of resort. Marinas in Mayville (east) and Presque Isle (west) to rent boats, kayaks and paddleboards. Beautiful Presque Isle beach 30 minutes west of resort. Bemus Point just a 20 to 30 minute drive east of the resort with beautiful sunsets.

Minimum age of primary renter is 28; maximum occupancy 10. Non-smoking, no parties, no pets. Family-friendly with baby gates, pack and play, and booster seat.

We absolutely loved our stay this weekend! From check in to check out, Tom and Donna were fantastic! The snow was fresh and the hills were great. Our son loved the basement and all of the fun games - we will be back for sure! Thank you!

Perfect Lodging for Our Family Ski Weekend!

Everything about this condo measured up to our expectations. Communication with the owners was efficient and informative. The condo is welcoming and comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfy and linens plentiful. The skiers in the family loved being able to ski directly to the lift from the condo. We were happy to make this condo our home for the weekend!

Great stay

Owners were very responsive and great to work with. Location was perfect- a short walk to the lift! Air hockey table was a hit with the kids and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday at the Peak

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year holiday. The condo is spacious and very homey! Tom and Donna were wonderful to book with and were very attentive. If you’re looking for a great place to stay to experience the Peak you’ve found it and our family will definitely be back

Great family weekend

Enjoyed a two night stay at this property with our family. The unit was very clean and comfortable right. Great communication with the owners . I would not hesitate to stay at this rental again.

Great Visit

Stayed with my wife and kids for a family weekend wedding. Plenty of space and the kids loved the basement area. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and the house was very nice and clean.

Great location and amenities

The property was in a great location and spacious. The owners were very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The teenagers we had with us loved the space and the closeness to the lifts. We hope to go back next year.

Golf weekend

This place was fantastic. Right on the course, across from the 1st green and by the 9th tee box. Huge space inside and very well maintained. Outside deck was awesome with a very large grill. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house at peak n’ peak

We had a great time over new year’s break. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The homeowner was a pleasure to do biz with. We had some travel issues and the were more than understanding. Great house and great people!

Great Cousins Trip

We had a great annual cousins trip in the mountains. The resort was very fun with lots of outdoor activities and dining options. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Kids enjoyed the zip line, aerial obstacle, putt putt and pool. The adults enjoyed all of those activities as well as dining and music at the outdoor amphitheater. Resort staff members were friendly. 4 adults and five children (elementary-teens) had enough space in the condo. Safe, quiet, country-remote, family-friendly location.

Great Condo and Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Tom and Donna were wonderful to work with and were very responsive. The house layout worked perfect for us and the downstairs room gave the kids a perfect place for themselves. Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great too with a short walk to the slopes and right on the golf course. I would definitely like to come back to this property in the future.

Eclipse House

We came to view the eclipse and we did! The house was great with games for all ages available. We brought food and drink due to crowds. We did go view Lake Erie only 25 min away. We overlooked the golf course so we had a great view. Nine of us were able to go and we had plenty of room for all of us. Thanks again!

Great stay at this peak and peek condo!

My group was visiting Clymer for a wedding at the Peek'n Peak ski resort and were part of the party. The DeChants were very kind and let us check in early and check out late which made our lives so much easier!! The condo itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was very close to the wedding and reception venue at the resort. It was also cheaper to book through VRBO than to rent through Peek'n Peak . If we ever get back to Peek'n Peak we will absolutely be staying here!

AWESOME

This is a really nice house at a great location, on the golf course. Which is located right at the 9th hole tee box. We were there with two other couples for a Wedding. Us guys played golf both days and it was really nice that our wives had food and drinks waiting for us, prior to the turn. lol House is big and well appointed. Tom and Donna were great to work with and accommodated all our needs. We are hoping to make it an annual fall getaway with our friends.

Perfect Stay for a Family Ski Trip

Our family of four plus grandma and grandpa stayed here for two nights and had three great days of skiing. We had plenty of space (could have easily fit an additional family of 4 in the basement) and enjoyed using it all! The kids loved the foosball and hockey tables. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The house was very clean. I especially appreciated the massive coat rack and boot area right inside the front door. With coats and boots for 6 people, this was very useful. We kept our skis on the outside rack. This location was an easy short walk (3-4 minutes) to two different ski lifts. Communication with Donna and Tom was easy and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Peek'n Peak top of the hill condo

Check in with the owners using the door code was easy. Every thing and every room was very clean and set up for relaxing and easy entertaining. Cooking items in the kitchen were clean and easy to find. If you haven't used a Nest thermostat before, it can be tricky. The instruction left by the owners were good and if need be, the owners or Google helped with any additional questions. Out the back windows is a great view of the golf course. I sat outside on the deck for awile on a sunny February day. We also used the cart path for walking. The closest lift was across the street to the left and an easy walk in ski or boarding boots. We highly recommend this home.

Weekend getaway

We planned a girls weekend getaway! The house was the perfect set up and had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great and the check in process was a breeze. The house was spotless and in a great location! Already looking to book again next year. Highly recommend!

We started coming to the Peak in the 90's with our boys and extended family. Since that time, we've had numerous family reunions here, renting the bigger condos at the top of the hill. In 2007 we bought a Camelot Condo renting it out through VRBO where we had lots of repeat guests with very positive reviews.

In the fall of 2020 we decided to sell the Camelot condo and purchase this Canterbury condo to accommodate our growing family. We want to continue the tradition of teaching the next generation to ski and to appreciate the outdoors. Our grandchildren love swimming and riding bikes in the summer while here. They enjoy sledding on the golf course behind the condo during the winter. We are hoping to get them on the slopes this year.

We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all to enjoy. We offer early check-in and late check-out when available.
