This home is ideal for 2 families or small groups that like to cook. While Park City is known for its famous Main Street Restaurants just a short walk away, my home also offers a great alternative. This private home features a large open concept with fully equipped kitchen & dining area that can seat up to 10. It opens up to 2 living areas with fireplaces and plenty of seating to lounge. One of the large guest bedrooms has 3 queen beds and a sitting area with a 55' HDTV is great for kids. You are on Vacation but working from home is also a breeze with a separate desk with a plug-in HDMI desktop display. A Scanner/Printer and an ultrafast wifi internet is available throughout the home.
For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, this home sits near the upper entrance to Main Street near Grappa Restaurant and the Wasatch (Top Of Main) Brew Pub. There are dozens of high rated restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the house. The street location is near the intersection of Hillside Ave and Prospect Street and just off Marsac Avenue where you can drive straight up to Silver Lake Lodge, Stein Ericson Lodge, The Montage, and Empire Lodge in Deer Valley. The Town Chair Lift it is a nice walk and all downhill on Main Street. Uphill at the end of the day you would definitely want to use the trolley or transportation but if you do walk you have lots of bars and restaurants along the way. Can sleep up to 14 people all in 8 beds total.
Note: There is a separate 5th bathroom (with shower) located on the main level by the back door and hot tub. We have 2 HWH w/90 gallons of hot water so you cannot run out.
Extra Guest Fee: There is an extra guest fee that is added to groups with over 6 people. The first 6 guests are included in the base rate. I charge $25/night/guest to allow up to 14 guests. More than 14 guests are not allowed. The 14 guests limit is just intended for larger families. I do not recommend more than 12 adults.
Towels, sheets, cookware, most spices, paper towels, shampoo and toiletries are all provided.
The kitchen has everything you can think of for cooking including oils, spices flower, sugar, pancake mix & syrup, griddle, blender, mixers, choppers, grinders, crock pots (2) and on and on.
There is a cone filter coffee maker with ground coffee provided. There is also a Keurig coffee maker with milk frother (bring your favorite pods). We also have a coffee grinder if you prefer starting with beans.

There are 6 Smart TVs one in each bed room and the one in the Den is on a Dish HD satellite DVR system that can bring up prerecorded shows, Netflix, Prime and Apple TV with an amazing sound system.
