This home has something for everyone. The large outdoor entertainment area features cornhole, bucket ball, ring toss, giant Jenga, and a hot tub. Moving inside, there are two master suites along with 4 other bedrooms. Two separate living areas and a game room will be sure to keep everyone in the group happy on those rainy days.

Owner very accommodating!

We originally planned to stay at another property, but due to a leak, the owner promptly arranged for us to stay at this property instead. We were very pleased with the accommodations and sincerely appreciated the owner’s effort in securing an alternative on such short notice.

Great winter getaway!

Great location and perfect house for our needs! So many bedrooms to accommodate our large family! It was perfect! Hope to go back next year! Host was responsive and very helpful!

Awful

The house was very spacious but a lot of the beds/ doors and fixtures were broken. If that were the only issue it would have been just fine, but the day our trip it snow a lot . Thankfully all 18 of our guest arrived safely. A few hours after arriving the water stopped working, absolutely no running water at all. I called the host and left a voicemail, I sent a message and received a reply back to try the breakers which we had several times and nothing. The host said there was another house he could move us to down the road sent us an address and pretty much stopped communication after that. We had 4 car loads of groceries and personal items that would have taken us hours to repack and move and it was already 9:00pm so some of our guest that were unable to drive through the deep snow at night had to stay and use water bottles to brush their teeth and wash there hands. Our guest ages ranged from 1 year old to 60 years old. We moved the young kids to the other house and were able to all move everything in the morning. The other home was relatively clean but a massive pile of dirty sheets (I’m guessing from the previous guest) were in the middle of the game room. I reached back out to the host to see if we could have the WiFi password but there was never a reply so we had to use our phones hot spots. The weekend was so stressful for me and my guest we contemplated on ending the trip early and going home several times but we were celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday.I understand t

The location of the property is wonderful. I did have a problem with the outlets in the bathrooms upstairs not working. I tried to check the breaker box but nothing was tripped and I tried to reset a GFCI, as the owner suggested, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I also had problems with the upstairs refrigerator not working so some of my food went bad. The outside hanging light wouldn’t turn on as well. The owner was going to have someone check the refrigerator. I realize that things can happen unexpectedly, so

Hit and miss

Pros Space was huge. Plenty of space for kids to run And play. Plenty of beds and bedrooms The host was generally responsive within a couple Of hours - though was in flight and only able to text. Great hot tub. Cons No heat on the 1st floor. I contacted the host several times, notifying the host that there was no heat. The host just said the thermostat is on the wall. I replied saying yes I see it but it isn’t working and we were left without heat for the 1st night. This was especially hard as we had several young children with us. The washing machine did not work properly. We tried to was our clothes the last night but the pain cycle was broken/not working. Leaving our clothes soaking wet. One of the screens of the video games were broken.

Family Pocono trip

Stayed sun sep 10 to fri sep 15. Big chalet Plenty of room Big yard Nice fire pit Lake harmony is beautiful. My family had a great time. Only negatives was the hot tub wasn't at temperature until our last day. Brad brought a new cover and reset the temperature. Gas grill wasn't working. Brad brought a new gas grill for our last day. If we had use of these two items for the five days, the review would be five stars!

Amazing long weekend

10 of us got together Thurs-Sun and had an amazing time. The house had plenty of space- two living rooms, a huge kitchen with massive table, and the downstairs had a bar area, 4 video game machines, and pool table. The fire pit with string lights had tons of seating. Brad was super responsive when I had questions about the rental. We really enjoyed our time here.

Around 10 Guy Stay

I stayed at this property late September 2022 with 10 other guys from college. We ended up playing paintball at Skirmish, which was a lot of fun. We had a fire both nights, played pool and other games. We were not too loud, but also never felt like we would bother a neighbor. Plenty of rooms. Easily could have had 5 more people. It was hot so only a few people went in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place if you have plans in the area. I would stay here again, especially in the winter. I did not have many questions for the host Brad, but he answered me right away when I did text him. He seems like a great down-to-earth guy! I plan on getting a group up there in the winter to ski. Perfect location. 10/10.

Perfect place!

We had 17 people(8 adults and 9 children) stayed so comfortably and perfectly. Size is very good, well equipped, and nice location! Definitely recommended!!

Winter Stay

This house really was a great fit and an amazing place for us to spend some time as a family. We had a wide range from 16 to 50 year old and everyone found something they enjoyed. From the hot tub to the fire pit to the multiple TV's we all were so comfortable. Not to mention we cooked all our meals inhouse and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall this house is a great place to stay and near by great location. We went for a walk to lake harmony and Skiing at Jack frost our second day. Great host brad who was quick to respond also

Great Stay!

Brad was extremely easy to work with! He was super accommodating allowing us to check out a little late and was quick to respond to any issues or questions. The layout of the house was perfect for our family- everyone was able to spread out throughout the house. The light setup was a perfect touch outside around the fire pit. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, pots and pans, and appliances needed to feed a large group. The entertainment room was perfect to accommodate your needs. Definitely recommend renting and will rent again!!
