Enjoy our newly remodeled beautifully furnished home right on the national scenic Little Miami River only a quarter mile from the Loveland Bike Trail. Amazing views with access to canoeing, kayaking and biking. Sit on the deck and enjoy the privacy of the front yard. Huge comfortable family room. Fully stocked Kitchen. Situated between Loveland, Milford and Montgomery. 3 mile bike ride to Milford, 6 to Loveland to enjoy the local entertainment areas. 1.7 miles to I275 & 12 to Kings Island.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very quiet and quaint with a large yard. The house is spread out and perfect for traveling with teenagers and with our pups. Well stocked kitchen, well cleaned, very nice towels and sheets, updated bathrooms.

My husband, myself, three of our children: ages 21, 18, and 11, along with our small dog, stayed in Steven's home on the Little Miami River while visiting my father during his open heart surgery. This retreat was the perfect spot for us to escape the busy city, even though it was only 30 minutes from the hospital. The host left bicycles, (and a pump!) which we used to ride to The Miamiville Trailyard, a lovely restaurant along the bike trail with live music, outdoor seating, and games, perfect for the whole family, including the dog. This sanctuary is a nature lover's paradise, we saw and heard so much wildlife activity! The host was accommodating and responsive, addressing every concern or request with promptness and care. We would absolutely stay here again, and definitely recommend others to as well.

Would definitely stay here again

Loved this place. Location was great, host was great, house was great, everything was just great. If I need a place to stay in Cincinnati again, I'll definitely hit Steven up.

Beautiful location easy drive to Cincinnati

Lots of room for 2-4 people and great property for dogs. Easy drive to Cincinnati sites. Owner was super easy to communicate with before and during stay.

Very comfy and cozy. Great area, not too far from anything but still great nature scene and we loved that! Fire wood was available for the fire pit, there were also multiple grills available to use, and great comfy furniture and blankets. It was perfect for my fiances birthday.

This property and host deserve a 100/10. The pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and clean, beautiful bathrooms with plenty of towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. If you are bringing teens, the two living rooms work well! One is away from the bedrooms, so you can get some shut-eye while the kids game and chat. The outside is just as great as the inside. Gorgeous landscaping and great porch area definitely give you that vacation vibe. The lot is well-kept and the neighborhood was superb. This is not one of those houses that's right on top of the neighbors; there is plenty of privacy. This location was close to everything, you can reach just about any major attraction in 20 minutes or less. We will absolutely look into this rental again if we come back to the Cincinnati area.

Very tranquil spring weekend

Real clean and comfy place in a peacful setting on the river. We enjoyed the property and the charming house. Easy to find, plenty of parking, great communication from the owner. All around a very easy stay and felt well taken care of.

Host was incredible! Very responsive! House was very big! Way bigger than we first thought. Very cozy. Off the road and quiet. Creek access was great. You could tell they were remodeling. Overall great stay! 8 people. Two adults 6 boys 2-17

Kings Island Getaway

Our growing family of young adults enjoyed our stay in Loveland! We were 15 minutes from Kings Island and about 20 minutes from Cincinnati. Perfect location. Quiet (birds in the morning), and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms!! Wonderful stay.

A great space for the entire family

We have lots of family in the area and visit frequently, especially lately for wedding festivities. The house offered ample space for the entire family rather than getting hotel rooms. The treehouse was a hit, and the river access nearby was super fun. Close to the highway and Kroger, a perfect spot for a family visit!

Spacious, peaceful, perfect for a family visit

We stayed in town for a family party and had a big crew. The home was perfect and offered adequate space, plus the added peace of a quiet, river’s edge property. The house was clean, very well stocked, and the owner was very responsive to any small concern or questions. We will definitely stay here again!

News Years Eve Stay

Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!!
