Updated & Charming Home in Loveland

Adorable home in the heart of Loveland, within walking distance of bike trail and restaurants. Whether you're in town visiting family or for fun, it makes for a perfect quiet retreat from the day. Many guests have enjoyed the fenced in yard, wrap-around porch, and 10 minute walk to downtown Loveland and the bike trail. The space
Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1872), but has been updated with all new appliances, fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal touches.

It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.
In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs, a wrap around porch and fenced in yard.

It's nestled near the heart of downtown Loveland within walking distance to the trail, restaurants and parks.

Everything was great at this property. It was close to family and the bike path, which was why we were there. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This house lived up to it's description: cute and charming, very clean, well-appointed with great communication from it's host! Although we did not use the outside space, the yard was very pretty, spacious and well kept, and the private parking in back made for extremely easy in and out. Would definitely return or recommend!

This home is so cute! Victoria has put a ton of thought into making this place feel homey and comfortable! Our family loved the old restored feeling. The back yard is great. Loveland is a beautiful and cute town with lots to offer. My only negative is that we didn't get more time to be at the house to relax together and enjoy the home. We used this space to basically only shower and sleep while we went to Kings Island! I would come back again!

Wonderful house in great location. We walked to coffee and ice cream. Big back yard and a wonderful backyard. And best of all a downstairs bedroom for old knees.

This beautiful historic house had everything we needed for cooking meals, and relaxing. it is within walking distance to the historic downtown district with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk/bike trail is close by as well. The backyard and porch were nice for eating and relaxing. Thanks for allowing to stay!

Great old home in a cute historic community. The house was clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to all kinds of activities. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was quite appropriate for our group to stay in a historic house since we were attending the Jane Austen festival at Sharon Woods. It was clean, comfortable and we had an excellent stay.

This was a great place to stay for our family. We were in the area for a sports camp for our son. Kitchen was well stocked, pans were easy to use and clean, plenty of spices and utensils. The neighborhood is cute and quiet, grocery and restaurants are super close, and the games and books available were a bonus.

This place is a gem -- enough space for 5 of us (my family with two kids 6 & 10 as well as my father). First-floor bedroom was really nice for my dad so he didn't have to climb the stairs. The board games and chessboard were a favorite of the kids and everything was clean. I must mention how well stocked everything was in the kitchen in terms of dinnerware, plates and the like. Everything was in good condition and easy to use. Victoria was great with her communication, and the location is great. 100% would return.

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Kings Island. Easy drive to and from the park. The home is very clean, has everything you need, and is super charming older but with so many modern updates. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. So glad we checked out the downtown area- it’s so cute and has so much! My husband said that out of the 30 homes we’ve stayed at in the past 7 years, this was his favorite. Between the quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything, the charm of the home and the downtown area…I loved it, too, and will definitely book again when we come back!

Cozy and interesting old home. Lots of space. Some nice extras to make things convenient and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The wrap-around porch was inviting.The histess was great with communication and instructions. Very nice and easy to work with.

Beautiful

This Vrbo home is beautiful. The owner of the home was very easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had. The check in and check out process was easy. They had everything we needed including kids toys and books. My family loved staying here and we would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!
