Wonderful mountain getaway for families! Relax and enjoy mountain activities every season. Steps from the wonderful restaurants and shops on Main Street, and minutes from 5 world class ski resorts. Free Summit Stage bus to ski resorts/trailheads is 2 short blocks away. Walk or bike to the Frisco Marina, and nearby trails. Our condo is the end unit on the top (3rd) floor, with huge Mount Royal views, balcony, gas fireplace, full kitchen, luxury steam shower. Great place to stay! Condo had everything needed. Steam shower was great. A short walk to main street that has a bunch of great shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great spot for our ski weekend. It fit our family of four just fine and we loved the convenience of walking to Main St for dinner. Would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay

Property a perfect place to stay while on a ski trip. Great location. Property has a huge living room and kitchen. Steam shower was a bonus after long days skiing

Ski Week

We had a nice stay at Paulina's place. It is a block from Frisco's quaint downtown, and an easy drive to many ski resorts. The community hot tub and pool were a nice bonus!

This condo was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable for my husband and I along with our 10 month old. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions regarding the property. My only complaint is the stairs to the condo as we had to trek our stroller up and down, but it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Amazing

Loved this spot. Paulina and her property were both wonderful. Location and proximity to Frisco Main St were perfect. Unit was clean and well organized. Can't ask for much more. My family would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thanks for a great stay! The condo was in a great location to downtown Frisco, 2 blocks, 4-5 minute walk. So close to everything, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We arrived and it was super easy to let our selves into the condo. Condition was super clean, kitchen well stocked, spacious with 2 newly updated full bathrooms. Overall, a great stay for our family’s ski vacation. The laundry is not in unit, but very close by and convenient. We took advantage of the common hot tub and Sauna after a full day of skiing. Would definitely return!

Great Spot … Maintenance Questions

Overall a great place in a great location. Very clean and modern. Only issue was we did not have heat for the first 2 nights. Owner did work with us to remedy the issue however there was an existing leak in the Heating system that caused water to leak from the heat register. Did not ruin our trip but was an unwelcome inconvenience to deal with.

You allowed the plumber to make 2 visits to fix the heat which helped resolve the issue the first day the building-authorized plumber was available. Perfect!

Stayed here on a father/son ski trip and couldn't have picked a better place. Condo had everything we needed, was clean and updated, and the perfect location to ski all of Summit County. Would have slept 4 easily. I will definitely book again.

Location, Location, Location

This condo location is perfect for access to the slopes and very short walking distance to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Frisco condo

As described one block to Main Street. Able to walk to restaurants. We skied Vail, Breck and Keystone and central location made very very easy. Comfortable unit and especially memory foam beds.
