Part of the rating was due to not having blinds on the main floor windows...the rooms were clean...showers, especially the tub shower, needs to be updated. It was slippery...the television, with exception of the master, in the rooms could have bigger...Overall, the home met, and generously exceeded, our expectations.

Amazing! Super clean! Beyond fully stocked kitchen! Great layout. 8 minute walk to beach on level shaded ground with beautiful scenery. Local lagoon Aligator napped in backyard! Deck is fenced and gated so no concerns, just a neat experience!

Fantastic Property

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed family time together. We will definitely like to return for visit next time.

Great house, great time with family. Clean and stocked with essentials. Rental company great to deal with.Highly recommend getting a golf cart if you have small kids or older folks. Otherwise, walkable to beach.

New Year’s Getaway

This was an outstanding home for my family of 10. Very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We spent many hours enjoying the kitchen with it’s amazing bar. We loved the comfy beds, modern bathrooms and plentiful TV’s. We would definetly stay here again. A great getaway for our clan!!!

Lovely home on the lagoon

The home was the perfect space for our family and friends! We loved seeing the alligator! Short walk to beach and resort. We wish we could have had access to resort amenities such as pickle ball courts and fitness center.

Great property!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The layout of the home is amazing (master on one side of the property), and then the guest rooms are on two different levels and all are spacious.

Spacious house close to the beach

We were looking for a place to host our 30 year college anniversary and this was great fit. Plenty of beds and tons of room. A little far from downtown but you should know that looking at the map. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

Great property. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beaches - better directions to beach access would be beneficial. The kids loved finding shells on the beach and watching the lagoon for the alligator to emerge. The house was very clean and fit our large group well. It was stocked with only the basics as far as supplies goes, but that was fine as we are used to that in most VRBOs. Harris Teeter and Target are the main options as far as groceries goes. Downtown Charleston and other sites aren’t a far drive away. Communication with rental company was good. Would definitely recommend if traveling to the area.

Family gathering

We had a problem getting into the house. Did not receive house code from office; sat on porch waiting for return call approximately 45 to 60 minutes. After that everyone enjoyed space. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room for preparing meals.
