The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, a large center island, and an under-counter ice maker, while overlooking the living room and breakfast area. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are filled with natural light and all overlook the pool and deck area, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

The dining room features a large oversized table with ample seating for memorable family meals and gatherings.

The main floor offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a bathroom, while a third guest room featuring a queen and twin bed includes a private bathroom with a shower. The spacious primary suite features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and direct access to the pool deck. Above the garage, tucked away at the end of the hall for added privacy, is a second-floor bedroom with three twin beds — perfect for kids or additional guests.

For entertainment, the home offers large flat-screen TVs in the living room and every bedroom. The living room TV includes YouTube TV with local channels, ESPN, and streaming capabilities, while all other TVs are equipped with Roku streaming services only.

· Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
· Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
· Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes.
· Please no pets or smoking
· Pool is 6 ft. deep in the center and 4 ft. on the sides. Pool does not heat.

During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
