Welcome to lakefront vacationing at its finest. This ground floor 3 bedroom condo is one of only a few complexes directly on the shore of Lake Dillon - with uninterrupted, breathtaking views of the lake and the Rocky Mountains. Close to 5 world class ski areas and unlimited options for hiking at your fingertips, opportunities for outdoor adventures abound.

Step outside to soak in the magic of the views from the comfortably furnished private patio which can be enjoyed year round. Then wander the shore of the lake or stroll over to the Dillon Marina with boat, paddleboard, and kayak rentals available in the summer. Biking and hiking trails abound. Cross-country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing are right outside your door in the winter. Continue up the hill to the Tiki Bar restaurant, an awesome playgorund, the Dillon Amphitheater, weekly farmer's market and several other restaurants in town.

Enjoy the views from the recently updated open plan living space with a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for 6 plus counter seating for 3, and a 70" flat screen tv. The wood burning fireplace adds warmth and comfort on those cold winter nights.

The two master bedrooms have brand new king size mattresses and all new linens and pillows as well as flat screen TVs. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and is the perfect spot for the kids to hide out, with games and craft materials to keep them busy when they're not playing in the grass (or snow!) right outside the patio.

Enjoy the heated pool during summer/early fall months and the hot tub year round. One dedicated parking spot, with plenty of open parking is available and a secure ski closet is right outside the front door.

Wifi, Smart TVs and an in-unit washer/dryer are available.

Great Condo

The condo was just as expected, plenty of room for two family’s with one teenager each. Perfect location to all the ski slopes in the area. The owner was quick to respond and was very accommodating.

Location, location, location!!!

Dillon is a fabulous middle spot between Vail, Beaver, Frisco or Breckenridge and the rentals weren't as pricey. Convenient shopping not far from the condo -- restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, Walgreens. The view from the balcony window is so pretty and during winter a lot of the reservoir is frozen and you can play on it. Our family had fun sledding and playing in the snow with pretty much no one else around. We would definitely stay here again. Comfortably accommodated our family of 6. in the in the snow in the snow with on it .

Winter storm get away

Host was gracious enough to allow us to check in a day early to get onto the property before two feet of snow fell. Beautiful location with a comfy property right on the lake. My grandson didn’t want to leave. We will return in the summer to see the other side of the property.

Great location, mixed experience

Overall, I wouldn’t deter people from staying here. However, a few notes: 1) The hot tub IS NOT working. Evidently it hasn't for a long time now and wont be for a while still. Unfortunately, the hot tub was a top reason for picking this location. Disappointed the listing and pricing didn’t reflect this. 2) I never heard from the property manager at all. The only thing I had to look at was the listing and check-in/check-out info. I get the vibe that a family owns the unit and takes care of it themselves. For better or worse. Just not the typical communication experience. 3) The bedding was all comfortable but we did have a sheet tear. Much in the unit is older. 4) I felt that the interior of the unit was pretty clean. No concerns where it mattered. However, the outside porch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was a stray dog brush on the ground and a considerable accumulation of dirt/cobwebs/etc. on the carpeted floor and railing. 5) Location is great and view is perfect. It was great to watch the activity at the marina. It’s also in walking distance to the Dillon amphitheater. For us, the location and space worked great. Just trying to prevent others from being shocked, while also offering feedback for improvement.

Wonderful Ski Condo

We were very happy with the condo. There was plenty of space for us and the three bedrooms was a huge bonus. The proximity to Keystone and Dillon was fantastic. The view of the mountains and Lake Dillon could not be matched. The one downside was that the hot tub was not working and didn’t appear to have been working in some time (snow was built up inside). Heather was very apologetic and reimbursed us for use of the Silverthorne Rec Center, but it was not the same as being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing. However, Heather was very willing to try to make up for it. I would definitely stay again if the hot tub was up and running.

Amazing view!

The property was everything in the description. Clean and had everything we could need to feel at home. The host was easily accessible with any questions or concerns. We had 6 adults (two young adults) - more than enough space and privacy for everyone. The kids bedroom doesn’t have its own thermostat so it was a bit chilly, but the property had more than enough extra blankets and pillows! Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order (which was one of our preferred amenities), but it’s a community hot tub so no reflection upon the host who did communicate the day before. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Great spot with incredible views!

We loved staying here - in walking distance to the marina, amphitheater, and main town area. Great layout for a family and friends - the back porch was a great size, which was necessary because everyone was mesmerized by the view. We will be keeping this property on our list and hope to be back :)

Amazing Location!

Our family and another family of 4 stayed here for a week! The boys love to fish and the access to the lake right out the back door was perfect! The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed! The condo was clean and as described! Would stay again!

Incredible Lake View

The photo in the listing does not do justice to the actual view of the water and marina. This ground floor unit may have the best water view in all of Dillon, CO. Every morning of our stay we watched a sailing class launch their boats, and kayakers and paddle boarders take off on the water from the rental hut across the way. It was colorful but serene---only the sound of hummingbirds and swallows flying by. A truly enchanting spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

Family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and loved staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was lovely with plenty of space for us and more amenities than we had expected. Short Dillon Getaway

Our 2nd year in a row staying at this condo and we love everything about it! The condo is beautiful and the proximity to town is unbeatable. Even with some less than ideal weather, sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake is exactly what the soul needs. Thank you and we’d love to stay again!

Weekend Wedding

We love the condo! We were coming up for a weekend wedding for our daughter. I were able to have the whole family over. And watching the Nuggets game on the big screen TV. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for all that we needed. I love just being able to walk out to Dillon reservoir. Thank you for letting us stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything that you could possibly need was available and the view was breathtaking. Central location to all the ski resorts and fast responses from the owners. I would highly recommend!

Good place to stay

We had a nice time. It was pretty clean and everything was in pretty good order when we arrived. Only issue was a loose pipe under the kitchen sink that completely came apart during our stay. Furniture is dated but function all. Parking is tight but covered. Overall a good short term place to stay.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

My friends and I stayed here while we skiied at Copper Mountain. Very pretty location and very nice place to stay. Close enough to Copper and Breckenridge for us to have lots to do. Also there's a grocery store not far either. The place was very nice and we had no problems with it. It was lovely waking up in the morning to the view from the big windows facing the lake and mountains.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed my stay at this condo in Dillon. The accommodations were clean, and the view was amazing. There was an issue with the heat, and it was quickly resolved. I would stay here again.

Our 2022 Christmas Family vacation

This condo was great as far as the location, most communication with owner, supplies in condo. If you are looking for a “Pet Free” condo as described, this is not it. The first throw we used on one of our babies left dog hair all over everything! We washed it but did not come out. All of the throws were the same way. It even got all over our personal throws we used. Apparently, it was coming off of the area rug and furniture. We fought with dog hair in our clothes all week. Reached out to the owner and she said it was pet free other than she brings her dog when they stay in between renting it out. So, this is the only complaint we have. If you want a “Pet Free” condo, keep looking elsewhere. Would have appreciated a partial refund due to inaccurate description of condo but the owner has not responded regarding that. She seems like a decent person so we will see if she comes through for us.
