This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.
Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.

Location is fantastic and close to everything: pickleball, paths, beach and getting into town. Owners were very responsive, allowed late check out when our flights were bumped back. Will stay again

My stay at Fun in the Sun at Centre Court Villa was perfect. I felt at home immediately and it was close to everything that I wanted to do during my stay. The owners were terrific and made it easy for me to schedule and the ease of arriving with every amenity being taken care of was fantastic! Will definitely plan another trip there.

Host was very welcoming. My second year here & plan to book for next year too. Jeff & Anita are VERY accommodating. I asked if I could come 2 days early because I wanted to get ahead of storm. They went way out of their way to make it happen.

This location was great, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also very smooth. Highly recommend!

We are happy you enjoyed your stay in HH. Three of our favorite places to dine are 1. Sun Rise Cafe for breakfast 2. One Hot Mamas for ribs and 3. Nunzio's for Italian.

Great place. Lots of room and comfortable. Location can’t be beat if you’re there to golf.

Check in: easyKitchen: good on pots and pans, would me nice to have some basic cooking stuff supplied (oil etc)Good proximity to pool and close walk to the beach. We enjoyed it.
