Welcome to 22 Beach Arbor Villas, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly townhouse in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the weekend and easily walk to anything you need! The townhouse is a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, The Bank Beer Garden, Sea Pines and more.

The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 making it great for family and friends (plus your dog!) looking to get away to the beach for all occasions. Both bedrooms have been updated with newer mattresses and beds.

The well equipped kitchen provides you all the comforts of home. Don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer set is available in the unit for your convenience.

The complex also has a family friendly private pool located just down the path from the front door.

Parking is conveniently located just steps from the front door of the unit. 2 spots are available.

Please note the following:
- We allow ONE dog at a time in the unit. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please reach out before booking to discuss
- There is a $125 additional fee for bringing your dog with you. Dogs MUST be disclosed in your reservation during the booking process
- Failure to disclose that you're traveling with a dog may result in a $200 fee
- Please, no dogs on the furniture. Failure to comply with rule may result in an additional fee
- There are cameras located at the front and rear doors for security purposes

Good quiet clean place to stay. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions. They had a few beach essentials there for us to use. Which came in handy. Definitely would stay again.

We loved staying here! It was so clean and close to so many delicious places to eat! The celebration playground is walking distance, and the area surrounding is very dog friendly.

RJ and Kathy were great hosts and very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed the location and the close proximity to restaurants, beach bars and the beach. We enjoyed going to the pool on windy days at the beach and we were really surprised at how quiet it was during our stay. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We hope to be back next year. Condo was amazing and had what we needed. Communication and check in process was excellent. I wish the condo had a grill and there was limited storage for food we brought. Walk to the beach was easy. The beach cart made this walk extremely helpful. I would recommend this place for others.

We traveled to Hilton Head as a family with the grandparents for a 4 night stay. We had a great time. We were able to park right next to the front door, and kept our bikes in the rack at the back of the small parking lot. We printed our own parking passes, but there were ones available in the instructions book, if you did not bring your own.The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and everything we needed to make breakfast at home before heading out for the day. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and everything was in good working order.There are a ton of restaurants and shops near by that we were able to easily ride bikes to. There was live music and events in the park next to the complex that we joined in on. The community pool was just around the corner of the building behind the back porch.I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts made it a pleasant and easy stay.

The host is superb, excellent communication and A responsive. The location is superb-9 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the most creative playground and interactive children's museum. Wonderful neighborhood with walking paths and a great breakfast restaurant with outdoor seating nearby. The accommodations are comfortable with a fantastic washer/dryer. Thank you Kathy!!

We loved staying at this property with our pup. It was a close walk to the beach, Coligny for great restaurants, and the park. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive with our communications. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

The property was great overall. It was very well stocked, with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The bedrooms were good sized, and it was great that each had their own bathroom (plus a full bath on the first floor). The location was great, just a few minute walk to the Lowcountry Celebration Park and 10 min or so walk to the beach. The hosts were communicative, and check-in was super easy. Great stay overall.

The condo is located in a quit neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the beach. The unit comes very well stocked in the kitchen and the rooms are large and nicely decorated

Vacation at Hilton Head.

Great location walking distance to beach and restaurants.Place we stayed at is nice quiet,beds are comfortable (first place I was able to sleep whole night without waking up).Great communication with Kathy no problem with anything.We really enjoyed staying there.

Nice Getaway

Stayed here for three nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Pet friendly and more than enough room for the three of us. Would recommend and stay here again for sure!

22 Beach Arbor VillasThe townhome has everything you will need for your stay. WIFI worked well throughout the home. The smart TVs have many Aps pre-loaded; more than enough to watch. Plenty of bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner. dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t cook. The new washer and dryer was appreciated. The townhome was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a beach cart, beach umbrella, chair, boogie boards and a cooler. The location is really convenient to the beach, restaurants and Coligny Plaza. It is an end unit making it close to parking and also quiet. The pool was just down the walkway. We only saw two other guests at the pool all week. The hosts, RJ and Kathy, were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The digital deadbolt lock was a real convenience easy to use and didn’t have to carry keys. They gave us easy to understand instructions. If you are bringing your dog, thee is a clean area right behind the unit with waste bags and receptacle right there. This was our third or fourth stay here and expect to return. Perfect Location for Our Little Family

Perfect Dog-Friendly Stay

Property is absolutely great for us who have small dogs. Awesome location close to great food and the beach. Communication with the host was fantastic. Will be staying again!

Great stay at a great condo

My wife and I and our dog had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as advertised - clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to HHI

It took only one visit during the off season for us to fall in love with HHI and make us want to buy a place here someday. Buying a property on HHI is a dream come true and we are excited to be part of the adventure where others get to explore the wonderful area. We hope you enjoy HHI as much as we do.

We chose this property as we have always loved the South Forest Beach area. We find that it provides the optimal vacation where you can easily walk to everything you want and don't need to move your car if you don't want to.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We knew this was our place when we realized it was across the street from the hotel we first stayed when we visited HHI. It felt like everything came full circle and stayed true to the location that made us first fall in love with HHI. We hope you enjoy walking and exploring as much as we do!
