THE SUNSETS are always spectacular when you have this panoramic view of the lake! Superb convenient location with easy access to US highway 54. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Top floor unit with vaulted ceilings & sky windows for wonderful natural light. Fantastic open floor plan with spacious comfortable living area. Enjoy the lakeside Master Bedroom that walks out to the large balcony. This condo is in one of the most popular complexes in Osage Beach.
Although the Lake of the Ozarks is a popular place to visit during the summer, it also makes for a great place to visit during the winter season. There are many fun activities for you and your family to enjoy during the winter, such as fishing, exploring caves, hiking, wine & beer tasting, shopping, and dining at popular restaurants!
Extra GUEST FEE: after 4 guests, $25 per person, per night. Price structure to accommodate couples, family and group of friends.
During the booking process, please specify the actual number of guests that will be staying. This is important because it impacts how we prep the space. DO NOT specify 1 guest if you expect to have additional people staying with you. An additional guest fee will be added to the guest's account accordingly.

- Pool hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Wear pool wristbands. Open Memorial Weekend. Pool close mid-September. Contact host for details.
- No glass containers in the pool area - $1,000 fine.
- $30 charge for loss of each pool band and parking passes.
- Boat slip included with a minimum of 4 nights or is an additional $25/night.
- This condo complex DOES NOT offer parking for trailers. Grand Glaize Public Beach 2 offers parking for trailers and boat launch.
- The master bedroom bathtub has no jets.
- Use caution when using the electric grill by keeping it away from the building and railing.

Our family went on a lake vacation and the condo we stayed at had an incredible sunset view. We were swept away, and we felt so relaxed and happy. We asked ourselves: “Why can’t we have this every day? Wouldn’t it be great to have a lakefront location, with an incredible view of breathtaking sunsets anytime our family needed a getaway?” With this idea, The Good View was born.
We decided to bring together a team of people with the aim of decoding the secret ingredients of the five-stars stay. We knew that cleanliness is now more important than ever, so that became priority one. It is followed closely by comfort and convenience.
With cleanliness and comfort in mind, we pored over every detail. From the housekeeping protocol (clean, disinfect, sanitize) to the Wi-Fi (high speed) and even upgrade the furnace filter to MPR 1900 (proactively capture dust, bacteria, viruses and allergens.) We want our guests to be safe and comfortable.
If you are looking for a lakefront living that is convenient, clean and comfortable, this is it! The central location by land and water offers the Good View to be a fantastic place to stay for all occasions.

Oozing with charm, this condo is a delightful retreat for water and sunset lovers. The complex has a beautiful community pool, tennis court, basketball court, and clubhouse. Stylish and comfortable interior design features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and high-speed wifi. Our professional housekeeping and quality assurance teams ensure a wonderful experience. Enjoy the panoramic lake view by day and magical sunsets at dusk. The new Sealy mattress in the master luxe bedroom provide a comfortable place to drift off to sleep to the sound of waves lapping at the lake shoreline.
