Newly refreshed, our lake front condo offers an incredible view of the main channel in the heart of Osage Beach. It is located at the 19MM and right off Highway 54. Location is key at the Lake of the Ozarks, and our condo gives you the best location, along with a fresh new look, plus all the amenities you need for a great trip! Located at Compass Pointe Condominiums, you will not spend your time on long, winding roads going to eat or running to the store, like you will with many other places at The Lake. We are centrally located to many attractions, restaurants and shops, some even within walking distance.

This is our second home and it's stocked accordingly. It is a perfect place for a family getaway, girl's trip, golf outing, fishing adventure and more. This very roomy and well maintained condo makes this 2 bedroom unit, each with private bathroom, an easy choice! The screened in porch has amazing, unobstructed views of the Lake, perfect for viewing those beautiful sunsets. The 12 x 30 boat slip is available for use at NO EXTRA COST! The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed and full connected bath with tub, shower, and dual vanity.

The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, full connected bath with shower and vanity.

The living room sofa offers a pull-out sleeper bed, excellent for accommodating extra guests and kids.

Condo can sleep up to 6 people and is greatly suited for 4 adults and 2 kids or a group of 4 adults looking for some time away. Flat screen smart TV's located throughout. Cable and free WIFI provided.

Full size washer and dryer located in the condo if you need to wash anything during your stay. We have detergent and dryer sheets to use as well.

We provide all toiletries, linens, towels, and most kitchen necessities. Conventional coffee maker and Keurig available for your use.****Fireplace is non-operable****

Compass Pointe has one of the nicest pools at the lake and is a short walk from the condo. It's a zero entry pool that features water sprayers and buckets for the kids with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is seasonal*, usually open by Memorial Day if not sooner, and remains open from 8a until midnight daily. It is awesome at night with how it lights up and changes colors. Many tables and loungers are available. Small bar area and restrooms are super close at the pool clubhouse.

This is not a wild party place so keep looking if that is your thing! MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. No pets, no exceptions.
