SUMMIT #106D - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER BR Queen with flat screen TV, BR #2 Full, BR #3 2 Bunks. This lower level unit boasts the finest sunset views of the Western Territory, hardwood flooring, a queen sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace.

Summit is located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot. Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades. The charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match. This Summit condo is the perfect place to spend a long weekend and you will not want to leave! Snowshoe boasts the most slopes and vertical descent of any resort in the mid-Atlantic.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

Great Location for Ski Trip

Overall impression is that it serves its purpose to provide an excellent location for a ski trip. However, the property could use some updating. It seemed “dated.” Communication with Casago was great. Fireplace wasn’t working and the company that would service was not available during our stay. Casago sent out an electric one so at least we’d have one, which I thought was very nice…..and we did enjoy it.

The best location value on the mountain.

Second year in a row we stayed for the UCI DH race. It’s the closest to the venue and the best bang for the buck. Everything is close without being in the noisy village at night.

Key Words in Ad: “top notch”…“luxury”…“five-star”

Our family stayed in this condo for the GNCC race weekend. Master Bathroom: The plumbing was exposed behind the bathtub faucet, which had a constant drip. The shower did not work. A very wet, dirty bathmat was draped over the side of the bathtub. Every time the hair dryer was turned on, the circuit breaker tripped. Receptacles do not appear to be up to Code. Master Bedroom: The light on the fan was burned out and the room was poorly lit. Kitchen: Every time you operated the toaster, the smoke alarm went off before the toast was done. No ice maker in the refrigerator. Dining Room: Window blinds were pulled up and tied in a knot at the top. The gas fireplace had a sign “Do not tamper with fireplace”.??? This condo was the only one without a gas grill on the porch which had a table but no chairs. Overall condition: All rooms were poorly lit and appeared dreary and unpleasant. The ceilings were water stained around the edges. The furniture and accessories were old and outdated. The price was definitely not consistent with the condition of the property which appeared to be improperly advertised.
