Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

Starting 4/1/2026 Linens are now included:

A set of sets are provided for each bed and beds are made - The only exception is the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please bring your own queen sheets if needed.
A towel set for each sleeping guest - 8 sets
Bathmats in each bathroom
Makeup towels
Kitchen towels

There are plenty of pillows and blankets available in the closets

Great location, stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. It was wonderful being steps from the beach. We rented bikes nearby and also walked to the downtown area for ice cream and rides. It was a wonderful week and we look forward to staying here again!

The property location was great. - oceanfront. The main bedroom and bath was good. The 3rd bedroom was supposed to be two twin beds, but it was a trundle bed and the pull out section was too low for an adult and hard to get out of. The parking was a little difficult because we had 3 cars. Overall it was very good.

The condo was bigger than what the pictures show. Beautiful view. Close to beach, food and entertainment. Host was quick to respond to questions. Parking is under building away from heat and seagulls. 100% Recommend!

The best accomodations ever! Awesome balconies, right on the ocean, 2 bathrooms and the very best host. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back

besides some construction going on around the area my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The view every morning and evening was beautiful. The location was around everything we were interested in seeing and visiting. We will definitely make plans to stay again. The host Phillip was very caring and understanding thank you .

Phil is a great host and check in/check out was very easy. The condo is in a fabulous location….many memories made on the large balcony (just ask the people on the boardwalk who joined us in a random dance party!) Us Mom’s would definitely return again.

Excellent Rental

This is a great property for up to 8 guests. There are 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, convenient boardwalk location and breathtaking view from the large balcony. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views, access beach, and unwind. Far enough away from the noise of the boardwalk festivities when you want to chill out, but an easy walk to the pier and fun spots! Easily accommodated our family of 6. Thank you!
