We've been visiting OCMD for close to 50 years and we have stayed at Diamond Beach several times over the years, this was one of the best experiences we've had. The unit was clean, updated, well appointed and it was a smooth and easy process with great communication. Would highly recommend.

Chad is a great host. The condo is beautiful. Beds were very comfy and we did not hear any traffic sounds or neighborhood noise. This well appointed with all kitchen needs. The beach is close, just a short walk around the building. FYI: You’ll need to bring all linens (and paper goods) or rent linens from a local company. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place for family.

Loved stating so close to the beach. Nice easy short walk. Chat stopped by to help with the DVD player and got it going for us. Fantastic service. Would stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was clean & adorable !! Location was perfect to the Beach & Convention Center. What a great girls weekend! The Host was so wonderful, checking in & making sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back!

Great location and amazing accommodations

This rental was the perfect location. Everything was clean and kept nice. Chad was very quick to respond and helpful when we needed him. Since we stayed off season he offered a later check out which was helpful to my family as we had to stay til later in the day for the event at the convention center. Would definitely recommend to others.

Centrally located

Overall a pleasant stay on 39th street. We had some small issues when we checked-in which were fixed quickly. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for a few small hiccups. We would stay again for sure

Girls weekend

We go every year for a girls weekend on St.Patricks day parade fun. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean, nice view, close to beach and 2 passes for parking which is such a plus. We'll be back.

Nice long weekend

We were good with the location, though this unit is on the side of the complex so it’s tough to see the ocean. The condo is well furnished, but bring your own towels, sheets, and TP.

Hot water was lacking big time. Only enough for 1 hot shower. No hair dryer. Which is unusual.

Mattress in master needs to be replaced. Overall it is a sweet place

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The description was spot on, and we enjoyed it even more than we could have expected. The condo has everything you need- the kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook and make drinks, the washer and dryer in the condo were great to have available, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the bathrooms, beach gear available and condo was tastefully decorated. Check in process was super easy and host was so prompt in getting back to me with all questions before and during our stay. Parking is right next to condo, basically outside the door, very convenient. Outside shower for rinsing from beach was a bonus. Loved being able to walk right out to beach and next door to Coconuts. Many things were a close walk. We would absolutely book here again. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and had more than enough space. Thank you for being a great host!

This place was a gem. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. The unit was clean and plenty of space for our 7 person party. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was a perfect accommodation for my family. Property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. A lot of local restaurants and stores for your convenience within walking distance.

We loved our stay here. The host was fantastic. He was super responsive & friendly. The location was ideal. Being so close to the beach means we can forget things and it’s not a big deal to run back to grab things. Being close to the inlet allowed for a quick commute to our sand duels tournament. The condo was updated, clean, and beautifully decorated & furnished. It was really nice to have chairs & boogie boards provided to have less things to pack into the car. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!
