Lodge at the Longbranch next to the Longbranch Saloon

The lodge can sleep up to 8 comfortable yet has enough room to add a air mattress or two. Plenty of room to relax inside or outside. The lodge sits on 15 acres. Covered front porch and a deck out back. Only 3 miles from Kinkaid Lake and Shawnee National Forest and a Saloon within walking distance. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, bathroom products, food and beverage. We do not have floor fans so if you need something like that you will have to bring . You will pick up the keys and code for the garage at the Longbranch Saloon the day you check in. We open at 12

Our stay was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was wonderful and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway!

Awesome Place to stay!

Great place to stay for a weekend at the lake! Tons of room for family friends and huge backyard to play with the kids. Large driveway so if you are bringing a boat it wont be a problem to park it. They had everything you would need!

Would definitely stay again!

Southern hospitality in its truest form. The owners showed kindness, warmth, and a welcomed us as if we were family. More than enough space for our family of 6 and a pretty cool tavern within walking distance.

Just What We Needed.

Great rural location in the wooded hills of Southern Illinois. Perfect location for day excursions to sites in the Shawnee. Plenty of room for friends or a family. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!

Terri and Dennis were so easy to work with. The house is so spacious and very clean! Highly recommend staying! We enjoyed listening to the band next door also. Both great establishments!

Very nice well kept place.

Nice place was very pleased. Very roomy for a family of 5. There was games for kids which was great. Small bar within walking distance that was quiet and well kept. Would absolutely recommend
