The accommodations are excellent had everything we needed. The house was spotless. Entry was easy. Had a garage for your vehicle which was nice to get your car out of the heat and sun. Location was excellent for what we needed it for. All around great place will be back.We come twice a year.

Very clean and comfortable stay. The host has thought of everything— including lots of nice touches that set the property apart. I will definitely stay again when in the Murphysboro area!

What a nice cozy place to stay close to the lake and town everything you need we enjoyed our stay it was a nice clean place with plenty of parking would diffently recommend it we will use it again hopefully one day 😊

This place was amazing...such a warm welcoming and homey place to stay....beautiful on the inside and the deck was so nice....it was so clean and they have provided everything you will need for a great stay! I will definitely be a return quest.

Great Stay

Everything you need for a home away from home and very close to Kinkaid Lake! We have a young family and so having the kitchen space and provided utensils/appliances in the kitchen was very useful for cooking meals and eating in. Also, the place was very clean and comfortable!

Fishing trip

Close to boat ramp. Clean nest and organized. Great stay. Would book again. Has everything needed fora comfortable stay.

Relaxing cabin.

It was a little confusing to find the unit but it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Close to lakes and a nice piece of property. We will stay here the next time we are in the area.

We were extremely happy with this rental and loved the extra perks of ice, water, coffee, and snacks provided by the owner. What a gem! We will definitely make this our go to for overnight stays when traveling to southern IL.

Guys fishing trip

Four friends looking for a place to stay near Kinkaid lake for a little fishing trip, and the place was perfect and the boat launch for Kinkaid lake is only 2 minutes away. The place had everything we wanted and needed. Very spacious and clean and the owner was very welcoming. We know exactly where we will be staying the next time we visit Kinkaid lake.

Nice little get away

Clean and nice little place. Close to boat ramp but far enough away people don’t mess with your stuff. Felt very secure and had all the things we needed. Friendly and attentive owner!

Our stay!

We had a wonderful time. Cabin was super nice. Had everything you would want. Host was super nice. We had a boat and parking was perfect. We will return as often as possible. Big thank you to the host!!

Nice, quiet location!

We came for the bike race in Alto Pass and wanted a place instead of a hotel. I’m glad we found this area! It was close to a lot of places including Carbondale. Host left us goodies which our kids loved! Lots of linens and even had little soaps. Very thoughtful and great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin by Lake Kinkaid! The cabin was extremely clean, organized, and very comfortable. There were plenty of bedding options and extra pillows, which made everyone feel right at home. The bathroom was very adequate and stocked well for our stay.The host went above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, and coffee for us, which was greatly appreciated after long days out on the lake. Every detail showed that they truly care about their guests having a great experience.We also had a fantastic time fishing on Lake Kinkaid and made some great memories during our trip. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.Thank you again for the hospitality!— The DeVeydt’s
