We are very excited to offer this brand new apartment. The upstairs of our 125 year old office building. This space was a dental lab for over 50 years and we recently rebuilt it into a brand new apartment from scratch.

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. The Vrbo was well-stocked with everything you may need and very clean.

It was the perfect fit for our family. A better choice than local hotels, as we wanted to enjoy a sense of home with our son who attends SIU Carbondale.

Excellent loft apartment horrible stairs for kiddos and pets

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully remodeled. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Our only complaint is the stairs which is not of any fault of the host. They are just not great for pets or kiddos. The host was great and had excellent communication. We would stay again even with the stairs.

Best place to be.

It was very quiet. The host had the best communication. It was very clean. There was also basic household essentials there.

Guests need to report small things.

A good place to stay, it is either new or recently updated. However, as most places are things sometimes need attention, for example, the cabinet doors under the sink were very loose, the host was unaware. I blame the prior guests for not bringing it up. The host contacted us a few times during our stay to make sure things were right. I am confident that the small things would get addressed after we left. I would stay again. Pictures are correct.
